La Taverna Restaurant, also in Plaza Ukana, offers a three-course, prix-fixe dinner to include appetizer, main course, and dessert for $1,000 MXN per person. Taverna’s arugula salad, rich risotto, succulent beef tenderloin, and espresso creme brulee are perennial favorites. Lol-Ha Restaurant, a beachfront restaurant on Akumal Bay, is hosting a Christmas Eve celebration. The menu includes appetizers ranging from panko-crusted crab cakes to smoked provolone and gouda empanadas. Main courses include prime rib, pork tenderloin, pan-sautéed sea bass, and vegetarian chiles en nogada.

Plank Restaurant, located off 5th Avenue on 16th Street in Playa del Carmen, is offering its traditional Christmas dinner featuring roast turkey, brussel sprouts, smoked pork and rosemary potatoes for $700 MXN per person. Imprevist Resto & Wine, Plank’s sister restaurant is featuring a Christmas menu of traditional turkey with all the trimmings for $250 MXN per person. The Tiny Tiki Hut is hosting a “Home Alone” party from 8 p.m. to midnight with a D.J. spinning all your favorite party songs. Cetli Mexican Gourmet Cuisine in Tulum is offering a special Christmas menu at $1,200 MXN per person. Christmas dinner includes an array of artisanal cheeses, selection of spinach salads, pork or turkey, and eggnog gelatin or bread pudding. Cetli is located on Carretera Tulum – Coba at km 2.5. PASHA Turkish and Middle Eastern Cuisine located in the Tulum Pueblo on Calle Saturno is offering a special Christmas Eve dinner, starting at 8:30 p.m. The menu includes bacalao, couscous salad, roast baked lamb, or sweet potato ravioli. Kitchen Table Tulum is a great option for night-owls who like dining in the jungle. Tables are still available at 9:30 p.m. only on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Dinner will include the regular menu, a mix of Portuguese dishes with Mayan influences such as pan-seared octopus, pork ribs, grilled deviled avocado, and lobster, depending on season and availability.

Turtle Bay Café and Bakery in Akumal is offering its annual Christmas Breakfast and Dinner Feast. A local tradition, the holiday menus include all of your home-cooked favorites.
The breakfast take-out menu features homemade quiche (roasted vegetable, crab and shrimp, bacon, mushroom, and onion, and spinach, feta, and mushroom); breakfast casserole, assorted baked items like their world-famous sticky buns and cinnamon rolls, and a fruit plate with granola and yogurt.
Christmas dinner includes home-cooked favorites like turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, slow-cooked green beans, mac-and-cheese, corn pudding, and cinnamon roasted apples. Take-out and pre-order options are also available.
Pibil-roasted turkeys and smoked turkeys will be available for sale – cooked and ready to go. Pre-order only.
If you want to skip after-dinner dishes and clean-up, you can also stop in Turtle Bay, located in Plaza Ukana in Akumal, for a plate. Seasonal specials and the regular menu are also available at the restaurant.
