Farmer´s Market in Akumal

Farmers Market in Akumal

Although this is not a fixed Market, it is the closest thing to a Farmer´s market in Akumal area. The vendor who is a man, carries a wooden cart with all the fresh fruits and vegetables among other food products. He located the market near the main park or plaza in Akumal Pueblo, the opposite to the beach side. This market is available every Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00am until around 3:00pm.

Art classes and conversational Mayan language are some of the highlights of this special Market. The market alternates Cancun and Playa del Carmen; La Salvia Events Salon and Parque La Ceiba respectively host the Vegan Market every few months.
