So you decided to plan your first family trip. Some of you have emailed us with large family requests, some have been small family trip planning requests. However large or small your family may be, we have your vacation back.
We have been feeling a bit like Super heroes lately, vacation planning heroes for family vacations. Super heroes never tackle the same crime twice, and our super hero vacation planning never duplicates a family vacation. Every single family is different, every single family has a different vision for their vacation. Identifying the needs for everyone on your trip, coordinating the right resources and ideas to solve your vacation planning is what we do. Unlike Super heroes our job is not thankless nor is it faceless. That beer or margarita we share with our Loco Gringo friends once they land on the ground. opps beach, makes it all worthwhile.
Every single family is different, and thankfully so. These suggestions for your Big Family Trip (no not your Big Fat Greek Wedding) are great starting points when thinking about where to stay, what to do and where in eat in the Riviera Maya. Once the dream starts we will finish off the rest.
Puerto Morelos – Casa Colibri
Puerto Aventuras – Casa Mariposa
Akumal – Villa Palmilla
Tulum – Casa de las Palmas
Everyone will be intrigued by this interactive animal sanctuary near Puerto Morelos. Crococun is a half day, hands on experience that will amaze the young but educate the adults and teens. For some cultural education and a great swim in the Caribbean, the Tulum Ruins are a must. This is the only Mayan Ruins on the Caribbean. The site is smaller than most, but the impact is great! Everyone loves the cenotes, and there is one near you. These fresh water sink holes are the number one activity for families. Our staff go with their kids any chance they get!
The list is long, but this will get you started. If you are in Playa del Carmen or Tulum, 100% Natural will introduce new flavors but play on old flavors for those a little less adventurous. In Akumal, everyone loves La Buena Vida. The kids can play and adults can relax. Open day and night, this watering hole hits the spot every time. If you want to dive into some authentic Mexican Food, Don Cafeto in Tulum will hit the spot. This is an institution that will have everyone wanting to come back for more.
All of our staff either have families, deal with family vacation planning on a regular basis or just love planning great family vacations. Pick your destination in the Riviera Maya and let our staff do the rest. It makes family vacation planning easy.
