The paradise-like splendor of the Caribbean can overshadow many traditional vacation rental properties. But never The Elements!
This newly-built, sophisticated and modern beach front condominium complex is a contemporary jewel of North Playa del Carmen. Located in one of Playa’s trendy areas – Coco Beach – it boasts deluxe two-bedroom condominiums, the longest pool on the Playa, a private gym, 5-star hotel services and much more.
The intelligent design of The Elements allows every condominium to take full advantage of both the stunning views of the contemporary pool and turquoise waters of the Caribbean. So whether you are staying in a condo or decide to pamper your loved ones with a stay in a penthouse, you will always have postcard perfect views of Playa del Carmen and Coco Beach as your backdrop.
Each of units at The Elements feature a spacious and cozy living room, a formal dining area that can comfortably seat a family of 6, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open the living space to either a private poolside patio or a spacious ocean-view terrace. This is the perfect place to enjoy the refreshing morning breeze and a cup of freshly-brewed aromatic coffee. Penthouse units also boast a rooftop Jacuzzi. Arm yourself with a chilled ‘cerveza’ or a bottle of Champagne and experience the pleasure of warm water jets massaging muscle tension away.
Another important element of an ideal paradise-like vacation is relaxing by the pool. And believe me, The Elements’ pool patio has been designed for ultimate relaxation and instant stress-relief. A long line of spa-like lounge chairs framing the entire length of the pool looks so inviting, you will want to spend a few hours here.
Another unique feature offered at The Elements is its private ”guest-only” beach club! Filled with lounge chairs and lined with palm trees, The Elements Private Beach Club allows you to escape the beach bars of Playa del Carmen and enjoy your private peace and quiet.
If you are in the mood for a quick energizing workout, you can either embrace numerous outdoor activities, such as snorkeling, jogging on the beach or your can hit The Elements fitness center.
And don’t forget to take a walk on the cosmopolitan streets of Playa del Carmen, especially the famous 5th Avenida, boasting numerous restaurants, bars, shopping boutiques and souvenir shops.
Bottom line is: If you want to feel pampered, entertained and awed by first-class service, go ahead and book your stay at The Elements! You’ll love it there!

This was our first family trip to mexico and stay in a condo vs an all inclusive. Really enjoyed the quiet and laid back atmosphere of a condo vacation- definitely a good choice for us....the Elements was quiet and comfortable, and we never had to fight for Beach space or poolside chairs which was perfect. Damien was great and super helpful. Our only complaint was that the plumbing was in need of some major repairs ( leak from rooftop shower as well as washing machine and toilet block) We own a plumbing company in Canada so it was actually very funny!!- at the END of our holiday!! Our unit was also not as well equipped as we would have liked in the kitchen. But overall our family had a wonderful holiday and Christmas vacation at the ELEMENTS
