Mango Café provides Mexican organic coffee, mostly from the state of Chiapas; you won’t find any other coffee drinks on the menu, but you can order fresh fruit juices, Mexico’s popular aguas frescas, flavored margaritas, and Bloody Marys. To complete a delicious morning at Mango Café, try their coconut french toast made with local sweet bread, rompope, coconut, and almonds.

This tiny indoor-outdoor café focuses on using organic and natural ingredients as much as possible, and they even incorporate their own homemade bread in many of their recipes. Their extensive breakfast menu has everything from huevos rancheros to brie quesadillas, while their coffee menu has all the basics: organic coffee from Chiapas, cappuccino, lattes, mochas and more.
Lola Valentina: Coffee and Brunch on Avenida Hidalgo

Quite possibly the best local restaurant for a sumptuous brunch experience, Lola Valentina has colorful and artsy style right on downtown’s Isla’s famed pedestrian street Avenida Hidalgo. For your caffeine fix, use the make-your-own-coffee station as many times as you like for 40 pesos, or order something from the coffee bar like cappuccino or an iced coffee (or maybe one of their signature cocktails like a Bloody Mary Picante or a watermelon mimosa). The breakfast menu uses organic, local eggs or tofu, or you can try one of their sweeter options like the tres leches coconut French toast.
