Pandano Restaurant, Soliman Bay
Pandano Restaurant Grill and Cocktail Bar is one of our favorite places on the secluded bay of Soliman in Tulum. One of our favorite meals is breakfast seaside. Dinner in magical whether you are seated looking over the water or the indoor dining room. Italian and seafood is the speciality of the house. One guest commented:
''The owner is from Italy and their homemade pastas are matchless. The seafood is fresh and delicious. A number of delectable appetizers such as the eggplant. The flan is perfecto. Wonderful, friendly staff, and relaxing, elegant ambiance.''
Pandano restaurant is located in Jashita Hotel on Soliman Bay. Look for their sign on Highway 307 just south of Akumal and Xel Ha but north of Tulum. The hotel is the first building once you enter the gated community in Soliman Bay.
