Have your heard of beach therapy? No? Then come to Seven Seas and you will understand exactly what it’s all about.
Just think of the vast turquoise waters of the Caribbean… Experience the sensation of walking barefoot on the smooth warm sand or going closer to the surf line and letting the soft waves roll over your feet. Feel a mixture of warm sun rays and cool sea breezes caressing your skin… Don’t you feel better already? Well, a week spent in a magical place such as Seven Seas can truly go a long way to recharging your energy, reviving your senses and rejuvenating your body.
Located in a quiet gated community in South Akumal this secluded condominium complex is a true paradise for beach lovers. You won’t find crowded resorts or noisy nightclubs in this part of Riviera Maya. Instead lush, tropical vegetation, shade palapas, and sea kayaks lying right on the beach create an atmosphere of total peace, privacy and relaxation.
The airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condos of Seven Seas have been individually decorated, bringing the tropical Caribbean theme of the natural surroundings indoors. Each of the condos features lovely open-floor living and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private furnished terrace or an oceanside patio (see the link provided in the amenities section for individual amenities and details on the specific units).
The uniquely styled bedrooms of each condo consist of a charming king-size Master bedroom and an airy guest bedroom, furnished with two single beds that can be put together to create a king. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, staying pleasantly cool even during hot summer nights
Outdoors, a beautiful beach front swimming pool also makes it easy to escape the midday heat. Separated from the white sand South Akumal beach by a slender row of palm trees, the poolside patio creates a wonderful private atmosphere, enhancing the splendid views of the Caribbean. Farther down on the beach you will find a large shade palapa perfect for resting after a fun-filled session of snorkeling or kayaking.
The perfect combination of seclusion and convenience Seven Seas condominiums are strategically positioned away from the crowded beaches of Cancun and the vibrant nightlife Playa del Carmen, yet close to every ‘convenience’ you would expect while on vacation. Just 5 minute drive away is Central Akumal with its great restaurants, colorful gift shops, convenience stores and dive shops.
If you are looking for a laidback and utterly relaxing beach vacation, then Seven Seas Condominiums is just the right place for you and your loved ones.

Nice, quiet place away from the crowd. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loud A/C in bedrooms only (but it's Mexico, after all). Rooms were good size with nice decor. Bed was bad (have to kind of hang on or roll out).

Pool and beach were great, however the electricity went off twice during our stay for several hours at a time. Only one condo of the five had central air. The plumbing flooded twice. The grill was in terrible shape.

This place was great. Palatial and very well equipped, even for an electronics junky like me. Portable IPOD docking stations put my tunes right by the pool! The kayaks were a blast, and the pool really refreshing. The onsite manager is one of the friendliest people we met, and delivered us breakfast one day! Check out the rooftop for great sunsets.

My stay at the Seven Seas was wonderful. Myself and 3 friends stayed for 7 days and couldn't have been happier. The manager Miguel is a very welcoming and friendly host and a great resource for any local info you'd want to know. I would definitely recommend the Seven Seas, it's proximity to the beach, the pool, the beautiful location and the relative privacy with Akumal just a short distance away can't be beat for the price.

The living room was a bit small for 4 people, but we spent most of our time on the patio anyway. You need a car, but the location was great, the beach was great, and the staff was great. The coral has been badly damaged, unfortunately, but we still enjoyed snorkeling right at our beach.

It is in a quiet location. No nightlife available. Neghborsomplained if we were up past midnight.
Fabulous beach and the Staff was the best! Had everything you need and was clean. Car needed if you are interested in leaving South Beach.

Beautiful, well maintained facility. We loved the unit and it's view. March tends to be windy and the wind was howling the entire week we were there, which reduced our enjoyment time and forced us to seek beaches that were not so windy, such as Akumal beach and Puerto Aventuras (facing a different direction).
Beach was rocky.

This is a well maintained property. We had the property to ourselves during the low season. It was a great value in a wonderful location. The pool was good and the closeness to the Carribean sea was terrific.

My husband and I just returned from our ninth consecutive stay in the Yucatan. It was our first time experiencing the 'condo' way and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds at Seven Seas condos are very well maintained and the staff are wonderful. Miguel was very friendly, helpful and attentive to all of our questions and needs, which were few because the condo had everything we needed! I can't remember the pool attendant's name, but he kept the pool sparking clean every day! Our condo was kept nice and clean and tidy by the housekeeper on a daily basis, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I didn't have to do dishes...they were done every morning for us :) The patio at Condo #1 was perfect! The patio furniture was very comfortable and I'm now on a search to find the same for our home here in Ottawa, Canada. The television was placed in a very odd location. It was way up by the ceiling and it made watching t.v. at night hard on the neck. We also thought that the unit could do with some freshning up as it looked a little 'tired'! That being said, the bed was very comfortable (which is very important) and, really, how much time do you spend in the condo anyway??? The patio and location of the unit made up for the lack of lustre of a more updated furnished unit. I would go back, and would recommend this unit and/or Seven Seas to anyone.

One of the best locations to be in paradise for a reasonable rate. The on site manager Miguel is fabulous. He and his wife are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. Muchas Gracias!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Seven Seas. We were received very graciously and warmly by Miguel. The location was perfect for us. The condo was very well set up. Our access to the beach could not have been easier. The other guests were quiet and friendly. All in all it was an idyllic experience.
