The airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condos of Seven Seas have been individually decorated, bringing the tropical Caribbean theme of the natural surroundings indoors. Each of the condos features lovely open-floor living and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private furnished terrace or an oceanside patio (see the link provided in the amenities section for individual amenities and details on the specific units).

The uniquely styled bedrooms of each condo consist of a charming king-size Master bedroom and an airy guest bedroom, furnished with two single beds that can be put together to create a king. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, staying pleasantly cool even during hot summer nights

Outdoors, a beautiful beach front swimming pool also makes it easy to escape the midday heat. Separated from the white sand South Akumal beach by a slender row of palm trees, the poolside patio creates a wonderful private atmosphere, enhancing the splendid views of the Caribbean. I wanted to stay at this property in past trips to Akumal but it never worked out - it certainly did not disappoint! Beach front serviced condo! It worked great for a family of 2 adults, 1 teen (14) and one kid (6). Watch outs are that the couch is small if you are the type of family who likes to sit down to watch movies at night (we are not) and that there is no AC in the living room. Due to the position of the unit it does not get as much breeze as the others and the living room got quite warm for my taste (but I run warm, lol). Will definitely consider coming back to this property or renting from Akumal Direct again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Seas apartment in Akumal. We felt at home straight away. The apartment is spacious and equipped with all amenities you might need. We spend a lot of time just enjoying the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Our two little girls loved the beautiful swimming pool and nice beach area. Everyday we woke up early to see the sunrise and watch the pelicans above the sea. A magical start of our holiday. The gardens surrounding the property are very well kept and are just beautiful. Above all the property Manager Miguel is extremely friendly and helpful. He really goes beyond to make you feel at home and give you tips to enjoy all Akumal has to offer.. To be honest we could not have thought of a better stay to start our holidays. Everything was just perfect, a hidden gem!

It was a beautiful week at number 1 seven seas. We did have trouble with internet coverage and the kitchen lacked a sharp knife to use for cutting purposes. But Miguel was great, Daisy was phenomenal and the view spectacular! Could not have had a better week even with the disruption of electricity for a morning.

Our stay was excellent. The condo is very quiet, the beach is practically private, and you occasionally see people walking on it. The condo is very secure and located on a gated street. The peace of mind is what I appreciate the most. It has a very clean pool, and its grounds are beautiful. We used the kayaks and the beach chairs. The apartment has everything you need and is stocked with bath towels, pool towels, bed linen, bottled water and all kitchen utensils. The microwave oven broke down and was replaced immediately. The cleaning service is excellent, as is the gardening and pool cleaning. The manager is a very responsible, friendly, and supportive person in everything. He kindly waited for our late arrival because the flight was delayed by bad weather, and he was up until midnight. I would like to congratulate the employees, Mrs. Daisy from the housekeeping, Mr. Fredy from Gardening and especially Mr. Miguel Escalante, the excellent manager of the condominium. This is the second time I come here.

We stayed after looking at several different VRBO options. Loved that it was right on the ocean, snorkeling available right out your front door. The pool was excellent and the condo was spacious. Felt safe the entire time. Parking for rental car is also available.
Miguel, on site manager, was fabulous. He was so helpful in planning the day’s activities and had many good suggestions.

Miguel, the on-site manager was exceptionally helpful in many ways. The condo was comfortably appointed (beds, chairs, sufficient lighting, equipped kitchen) with fans in every room. Filtered water was provided every day as well as maid service. The pool was very nice as was the surrounding grounds and beach area.

What a beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing vacation! It was like having a private condo with our own pool right on the beach. Miguel and Gloria were the best hosts; so kind, helpful and sweet. Always ready to lend a helping hand or answer any questions. The rooms had everything we needed and were laid out nicely. The daily maid service was wonderful. We were there when the sargassum was bad, but it was all over the entire Riviera. It didn't stop us from pushing through it to enjoy the snorkeling with abundant fish and coral species. We loved taking the kayaks out and looking at all the turtle nesting sites. We rented a car and Akumal South was the perfect middle point for us to go exploring up and down the coast and into the interior. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Seven Seas was just perfect for us. And exactly as advertised. Off the beaten track even for the little town of Akumal, we loved our stay and highly recommend it. Absolutely idyllic and chill environment. Perfect home base with everything we needed - and beach and pool made it even better. Also Miguel was a kind and generous host - very responsive to get the WiFi back up and running quickly within hours, and soooo helpful with excellent local recommendations and advice. We are most grateful to him for helping make it a lovely holiday. We will be back!!

Miguel was very helpful with everything we needed. But you must know it is a pebble beach (maybe the kayaks will help you find to a better spot to swim - we didn't use them and didn't swim) and that the house is a bit old (though everything works well). It's a good place to rest your mind! I

We had a great time! Calm location. Sea breeze. The sound of the waves. The beach is clean and calm. Perfect location for snorkling and kayaking. The sea is rocky but enough opportunities to swim if you do a little walk. Good lunch and pool at Jungle fish, 400m to the left on the beach. Lot of birds. Nice pool. Jungle feeling and lots of exotic animals. Maya culture around the corner. Tulum feels like a Thailand hipster place. People at the residence are friendly! Hope to come back soon!

Miguel and Francisco went above and beyond to make our week here at the Seven Seas perfect...including climbing a coconut palm so our daughters could try fresh coconut for the first time and providing personal recommendations for places we visited after our stay! We felt very at home, and very well cared for...would totally return next time we have the chance!

Highly recommended. Perfect location for exploring the surroundings of the Riviera Maya Region. If you want to avoid a crowded Tulum or Playa del Carmen, come over here. Nice Restaurants nearby, highly recommend Taverna Akumal. Pool is great, beautiful views, quiet and relaxing, fully equipped kitchen. Kayaks included. Beach is very clean, especially everything is very clean. Access to water only with shoes, due to rocks. Better swim next in Xpu Ha Beach Area.

Lindo lugar para descansar y relajarse. Amplio y cómodo. Cercano a muchos cenotes y parques de interés. Todo muy limpio. Lo único lamentable fue que aún encontramos sargazo. Agradecemos toda la hospitalidad y recomendaciones que nos brindó Don Miguel.

The location cannot be beat...period. The location - 20 feet from the beach, & quality of the condo leaves little else to be desired. At $100.00 less per night compared to other units in the group...we felt it was steal. No cable TV...but...were content to defer that side of life for a week! Miguel is THE BEST/NICEST manager on this coast...speaking from an 8 time villa/condo renter.
