Villa Iguana offers a relaxed take on beachfront living, set on the quiet shores of Soliman Bay. With five bedrooms, a private pool, and plenty of space to spread out, it’s a comfortable choice for families and friends looking to unplug near Tulum.

Inside Your Tropical Home

This spacious beachfront villa is designed for easy group living without sacrificing privacy. Five air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a king-size bed and a private bathroom finished with colorful Talavera tile. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, including a rooftop bedroom with a palapa ceiling and wide-open views of the bay.

Two upper-level bedrooms open to furnished balconies, while a ground-floor guest room connects directly to the pool terrace. The separate garden guesthouse includes a king bed and king sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, teens, or grandparents who want a bit of space.

Indoor living areas are open and breezy, designed to stay comfortable with natural ventilation from the sea. Bedrooms are individually air-conditioned for nighttime comfort, while shared spaces encourage everyone to gather and enjoy the view.

Exploring the Area

Soliman Bay is quiet, private, and far from crowds. There’s no public transportation, so a rental car or private driver is recommended for getting around. Tulum is about 15 minutes away, with nearby beachfront restaurants like Pandano and Mantaray.

We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Iguana in Soliman Bay... truly one of the most magical beachfront homes we’ve ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the natural beauty, serene setting, and thoughtful design of the villa. The location right on the beach was simply spectacular... waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the terrace will stay with us forever.
The villa itself was immaculate, with spacious, comfortable bedrooms (each with a private bath), breezy indoor/outdoor living areas, and a private pool that became our favorite place to relax. Every detail felt professionally curated to maximize comfort and ambiance.
We also loved the outdoor spaces... from the hammocks on the beach to the sun loungers by the pool... perfect for lounging with family and friends. The included amenities like Wi-Fi, kayaks, and housekeeping made everything effortless and relaxing.
The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. This villa is a true Caribbean gem... we can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return someday!

We were two families and we all agree that this was the best vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is gorgeous, we were able to snorkel, swim, kayak and paddleboard right from the house. The caretakers cooked several meals for us and there are 2 great restaurants that we could walk to. We went to the ruins and sinotes one day and Xelha another day. We cannot wait to come back!
