Escape to a luxury beachfront vacation in this elegant 2 bedroom beachfront penthouse for up to 6 guests. This gorgeous vacation rental is located in one of Akumal's most popular bay’s known for its excellent snorkelling. Stylish and elegant, this oceanfront getaway is decorated in the subdued Caribbean whites and blues with beautiful artwork. Bright and airy, guests will delight in stunning displays of light from sunrise to sunset.

The master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and terrace offer amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. Plus, the oceanfront pool is an excellent spot for lounging and soaking up the sun. Each bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom overlooks the mangrove of the Mayan jungle and a spectacular view of sundown. The ample living room features 2 large sofas with plenty of room for 2 more guests.

Nikte condominiums are centrally located in the heart of Akumal allowing its guests to enjoy the very best this sleepy one road town has to offer. Barely spanning over a 1.5mi in length along the coastline, guests can easily arrive at Yal Ku Lagoon and Akumal Bay by foot, bike or golf cart. Akumal is known all over Riviera Maya for more than just great snorkeling, it also has great eateries, excellent dive shops, grocery stores, a day spa and beach clubs making it the ideal destination for stress free vacations. Of course, the more adventurous travellers will be able to explore Riviera Maya’s many fascinating attractions only a short drive away. Nearby activities include day trips to archaeological sites, eco-parks, golf courses, and the cities of Playa del Carmen and Tulum.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikte Unit 8! The whole booking process went seamlessly, great communication from Akumal Direct and David the concierege.
The Unit is spotless and the entire building and grounds beautifully maintained. Everything is exactly as pictured, the views are breathtaking. I definitely recommend this unit and Akumal Direct.

Unit was very clean and exceeded expectations. Great place to stay. Only minor thing was had asked for 2nd bedroom to be made into two twins and that was not done before arrival. Other than that everything was perfect.

Absolutely perfect location! Amazing views! The unit was well furnished and clean. House keeping was amazing. The pool was clean and the facility was well cared for. Very easy to check in, they even stayed 15 minutes past their hours because we were running late.

Perfectly quiet and clean condo with two large bedrooms for family or friends. You can hear the ocean waves even with the doors closed. Nice amenities for a week’s stay and convenience nearby.

Tips: the beach is rocky so bring water shoes. Also plan for the elevator to work intermittently - there will be days where you can only take the stairs. Stop to get your major groceries in Puerto Aventuras - the kitchen is basic so do not plan elaborate meals/prep.

The balcony facing the ocean and the vast and lush rainforest of Akumal at the back. So grateful that son-in-law let us joined the 8 nights stay at this fabulous condo��. Each room was clean, and perfect to celebrate my 70th birthday. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We booked our condo for a wedding in Akumal. The condo was very nice and clean. Staff was super helpful when we needed them. There was a lot of seaweed or sargosa that prevented us from swimming out in the ocean but the pool was a great alternative. Overall the unit was nice with very comfortable furniture and beds. Can't wait to return.

Loved our condo stay on Half Moon Bay. Decor and kitchen appliances all modern, with very comfortable foam-top king beds in both rooms. Staff very friendly and pre-arrival concierge services from David made everything hassle-free.
