Nikte Studio 10 offers a relaxed stay for couples or solo travelers, blending modern comfort with nature’s beauty. From your third-floor balcony, enjoy jungle views, then head downstairs for a swim in the beachfront pool or a snorkel off Half Moon Bay.

Inside Your Tropical Home

This light-filled studio sleeps up to three with a queen bed and sofa bed, making it equally suitable for couples or small families. The interior features clean décor, a private bath, and full air conditioning. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking: oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and water cooler.

Your private balcony overlooks Akumal’s mangroves, creating a peaceful backdrop for mornings and evenings. The ambiance is simple, stylish, and calming, a natural extension of the Riviera Maya’s beauty. Daily housekeeping, purified water, and fresh linens are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Guests have access to the studio, shared beachfront pool, parking, and gardens. Towels, housekeeping, and concierge support are included. The shoreline is mixed with coral and sand, great for snorkeling—pack water shoes.

Exploring the Area

Half Moon Bay is perfect for long walks and snorkeling adventures. Restaurants, dive shops, and small stores are within a short walk, while Akumal Bay and Yal Ku Lagoon are nearby. To explore further afield—Tulum, Playa del Carmen, cenotes—a rental car or driver is best, since public transport is only from the highway.

KINDLY NOTE: *Please be advised that while Nikte Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya during the warmer summer months. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you. There is so much to see and do in this special place, we know that you will have an amazing and memorable vacation!

The studio condo was roomy, comfortable & the kitchen had most everything but we could have used a lime squeezer and pitcher. The balcony provided gorgeous sunsets while the beach had glorious sunrises!
So happy when the elevator worked but difficult when it did not. The wifi was good , the pool was fabulous and the staff is very professional & kind.
Very well positioned in Half Moon Bay regarding walking to restaurants, grocery store & Akumal Beach, would recommend a bicycle or golf cart though for older people.
Need more lounge chairs for beach & pool area as people from next door are using them too.
