Description

Part of Half Moon Bay’s newest luxury condos in northern Akumal, Nikte Ha 1A is a beautiful garden view ground floor studio, tastefully decorated in bright Caribbean colors including all the commodities of home and access to Nikte-Ha’s beach and swimming pool. The open floor layout features a king size bed, full bathroom, and an entertainment unit with closet space. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a high-top table with 2 tall chairs for dining. 

This suite has its own independent entrance and is also a lock off studio connected to a gorgeous 2 bedroom beachfront condo allowing this unit to be used as a 3 bedroom vacation The adjoining 2 bedroom condo has a master bedroom with a king size bed, a stunning view of the ocean and sliding glass doors leading to the beachfront deck with 2 chaises perfect for sunbathing. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to accommodate couples, and a small garden atrium with seating for a breath of fresh air. 

This well appointed beachfront condominium allows guests to enjoy the best Akumal has to offer from its central location on Half-Moon Bay. Guests can take a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone during their stay. 

*Please be advised that while Nikte Ha Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you. Although small, our studio was neat, clean and very well equipped. The outdoor pool area and beach were great and the area around was peaceful and great for walking. A very pretty spot.

Very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed. Water pressure weak. Took a long time to get hot water. Water cooler warm, safe did not work, could use lights under the kitchen cabinets.

The studio is small but very functional, the kitchen has everything you might need plus bottled water. The housekeepers are professional and polite, they will help you if you need anything for the studio. The bed was very comfortable however the wifi is spotty, I’d suggest you get data for your phone. The location is fantastic, extremely safe, in the middle of restaurants, store across the street & beach out front!
The concierge service & office staff were quick to help which was greatly appreciated!

Tha studio was comfortable & private with everything you’d need. The staff was fantastic, very approachable & professional. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept on in a vacation condo. The wifi was not dependable, bring some books, the pool & beach were amazing! Rent a bike to get around, restaurants are within walking distance.

Check in very good, room is nice and equipped with everything you need, bed is super comfortable. The front door needs a new handle, it is about to rust off. Good water pressure but no hot water... The battery compartment on the safe is broken and no key so could not use the safe.

Beautiful facility, wonderful staff, perfect location. I placed the chairs for the hightop table to the side to open it up a bit. The wifi could be better but overall we had a fantastic stay. The seaweed was a big downer and they could use a great deal more lounging furniture for the beach and pool area.

Modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed. Directly located across the street from the convenience store, and roughly equidistant between the La Lunita / The Jungle and La Buena Vida, the three primary dining options. 15 minute walk to Akumal or the lagoon.

I give this condo 5 stars! It is an amazing find and a very great value. True to the listing it doesn’t have an ocean view but to be just steps from the beach and pool with the excellent furnishings at the price offered is unbelievable. I was a solo traveler and it fit me perfectly. The kitchen had everything I needed, the air conditioning helped at night and the daily maid service was an absolute bonus. I liked being a 5 minute walk from two great restaurants yet far enough away from busy Akumal Bay. I would highly recommend this condo.

The apartment has been exactly what we were looking for! Akumal is a super small town, much more relaxed than Playa del Carmen or Tulum and perfectly located for day trips. The apartment itself is right by the beach, it's an absolute dream! The pool is amazing, the beach super nice and we had it all to ourselves! there is a little store next door (make sure to go to that one and not the one in Akumal beach, which is horribly overpriced as we unfortunately had to learn!). Parking is right out front which is great.Communication with Kelly was great and we were even able to check out late to enjoy our day by the pool

Great apartment for 2 people in Akumal. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive with questions etc. I'd definitely recommend staying here. There are also 2 good restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment, with more around 15mins walk. The pool area is really nice as well. The sea is reasonably rocky, so for swimming I'd recommend going to the main beach, around 15mins walk away.

Parking is excellent, personnel very responsive. Internet was horrible. That may not be anything but location related. The only tv access was netflix and youtube, neither of us watch those. A few things were missing ( coffee cups, kitchen garbage can, coffee maker didn't work), but these were all replaced when we asked. The quiet neighborhood, beach access and pool were enjoyable.
