Nikte-ha 1 is a gorgeous groundfloor residential suite, part of Half Moon Bay’s newest luxury condominium in northern Akumal and most recent construction. This beautiful 3 bedroom ground-floor condo is tastefully decorated in bright Caribbean colors with all the modern amenities and comforts of home. The large living spaces offer an elegant environment with a posh sofa for six, entertainment unit, a furnished beachfront patio deck overlooking the oceanfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, an island table with bar style seating for 3 and a large round dining table for 6 guests.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a king size bed with a stunning view of the ocean and sliding glass doors leading to the beachfront deck with 2 chaises perfect for sunbathing. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to accommodate couples, private bathroom and a small garden atrium with seating for a breath of fresh air. This condo’s third bedroom is a lock off studio fully furnished, complete with its own kitchenette and independent entrance allowing this unit to be used as a 3, 2 or 1 bedroom vacation rental. Nikte Ha 1 is perfect for families and couples too.

This well-appointed beachfront property allows guests to enjoy the best Akumal has to offer from its central location on Half-Moon Bay. Guests can take a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone.

*Please be advised that while Nikte Ha Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you. This unit is located in the middle of half moon bay. Easy walk to local restaurants and attractions. You will be very happy staying here. Our only disappointment was internet is spotty and the tv's only worked for a few hours. Check them out and if there is a problem just walk across the street to the management office and they will do their best to get it working.
We had a great time and the lady cleaning the condo was great. She showed up the same time every day and did a very thorough job.
We love La Buena Vida and were there almost everyday. Turtle Bay and Taverna were also very good.
We visited the cenote, but went to the second one. It's a bit confusing, but if you ask if they huts to rent and they say not just go down the street to the other cenote. That place was great! They have a restaurant and bar and will actually bring you your food and drinks.
Anest of turtles hatched while we were there, Oct 14-21. Although we would check frequently to see if they hatched, we missed them actually walking out to the sea.
We would definitely stay here again.

Location and decor are the primary reasons we selected this rental and they met our expectations. The cleaning service was excellent and everyone I encountered in the booking process was very helpful. While there is no way to predict nature, it is unfortunate that this specific part of the bay was were all the seaweed collected. We paid for and anticipated easy access to the beach but that was not the case for the days we were there. Ultimately, I would stay here again, but not at the price we paid if there is seaweed.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous!! Everything was perfect, we vacationed with our 2 adult children and their spouses, plenty of room for all 6 of us on the couch and a full dining table to play games and cards. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need with plenty of dishes and silverware.
There is a small convenience store across the street that stocks just about everything you need. We made plans to stop at Sam’s Club in Playa del Carmen to buy our bulk groceries, there is a very nice grocery plus store that is a bit of a walk, we rented bikes one day to replenish and tour Akumal.
The pool is great! Very few places have pools in the area, we were so appreciative!
The beach and ocean is rocky, water shoes are a must. Snorkeling is possible off shore, if the water isn’t too rough. Don’t bother with snorkeling near the Dive Shop-too many people! Walk to Yal-Ku lagoon, it gets busy but you will see many fish.
The restaurants were wonderful! We loved the Bakery Cafe! All are very reasonable except for the Italian restaurant, our meal there was jut ok but very expensive.
We loved this condo and all Akumal has to offer!! This is an unspoiled area with NO American chain restaurants! It’s BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely return!
