Inside Your Tropical Home 

This inviting two-story villa blends comfort and Caribbean charm, offering plenty of space for travelers who love the feel of a private home near the water. The ground floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area cooled by a shared air-conditioning unit. Garden views brighten the space, making it easy to unwind after snorkeling or exploring Akumal.

Two bedrooms sit on the main level, each with individual A/C. One includes a king bed, while the other offers a double and twin bed—ideal for friends or younger travelers. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom and enjoy quick access to the screened patio, where you can sit outside without stepping far from the pool.

Upstairs, the master suite offers extra privacy with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a small sitting area perfect for reading or morning coffee. A wide terrace extends from the suite, furnished for both lounging and dining under the open sky. It’s a favorite spot for catching afternoon breezes or listening to the gentle sounds of the garden below.

The villa includes fiber-optic WiFi, Smart TV, a complete kitchen setup, linens, beach and bath towels, bottled water, hair dryers, and safety features. Daily housekeeping (Mon–Sat) keeps everything fresh throughout your stay.

Exploring the Area

This quiet section of Half Moon Bay is close to Yal Ku Lagoon and several favorite local restaurants. The area is walkable, but public transportation is limited and the access road to the highway is unpaved.
