This one bedroom condo is for couples, friends, and families. La Joya 4 sleeps 3 or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably with stunning views and within walking distance to the best beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, and shops in the area.  Located on prime real estate with white sandy beach, this condominium also has a beachfront swimming pool exclusive for guests staying at La Joya.

Gorgeous Views With Brand New Amenities

This beachfront condo is the complete package with an oceanfront terrace and amazing views from its rennovated kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen has new appliances, rrefigerator, stove, and decor and new dining set for enjoying meals while looking over the Caribbean Sea.  Plus, a new dining table and new sofa with pullout bed for 1 adult or 2 schildren. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress, en suite bath and when the privacy screens are open guests have a view of the ocean from the bedroom too.

Guests staying will enjoy some of the best snorkeling in Riviera Maya right outside their door in Half Moon Bay. Two of Akumal’s favorite restaurants are just a short walk on the beach from La Joya. Plus, Akumal Bay, Yal Ku Lagoon, and downtown are both less than a mile away where you’ll find more great eateries, stores, dive shops and spa. All of our guests also have access to our concierge and guest services during their for help planning day trips to nearby ruins, towns, nature parks, and also bike, golf cart and car rentals to explore Riviera Maya.

Absolutely wonderful! Perfect for my wife and I- we will surely return. Clean condo, great staff. We like to cook for ourselves, so I would recommend on update to the knife set (very dull) and to the pots and pans. But that's trivial compared to the comfort, beautiful ocean view, direct access to great snorkling- all in a very safe, gated neighbor hood.

The only problem we had was internet never worked. Netflix couldn’t load or if it did it would have to reload numerous times during a movie.
Took hours to load to even start a movie. Don’t use smart tv and Netflix as an amenity. It’s NOT!

My husband and I rented a 1-bedroom at La Joya for a week, and had an absolutely wonderful time. We found the size of the condo perfect for the two of us - and the location right on the water can't be beat. The daily maid service was extensive and consistent, and we appreciated all of the condo amenities provided. We will hopefully be back again!

We were really impressed with our stay at La Joya. We snorkeled for up to 4 hours a day and there was tons to explore. Great reefs and marine variety just steps into the ocean. We were blessed with great weather and calm waters for our January trip, but I was glad to have a shorty wetsuit as it would have gotten a bit cold in the water without it. The room was beautiful, festive with fantastic views and may have been the cleanest room we have rented for awhile. They even did the dishes we hadn't gotten to when they cleaned the room for the day. I highly recommend getting around by bike so you don't have to worry about parking if going into Akumal bay. Everything was much closer by bike than I expected. Great time and wonderful stay!

Clear timely communication from the management company. The building is well maintained and the staff is great. Cleaning every day, pool and beach are maintained and cleaned daily as well. The beach in front of our building was the CLEANEST in all of Half Moon Bay. The unit is well appointed, comfortable bed, updated shower, but the rest of the unit shows signs of aging. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped. There is no laundry on premises. I was told that to do laundry you have to go into town (across a bridge over 307 highway). Absence of laundry facility was the biggest negative for me as we stayed for a week. Overall we enjoyed the stay!
