Description

Hacienda Las Palmas is a 5-bedroom villa with a swimming pool on  Puerto Aventuras' golf course, a short walk from the marina and restaurants.  Located inside Puerto Aventuras, one of Riviera Maya's most exclusive gated communities, this vacation rental sleeps up to 12 guests.  This home offers indoor and outdoor living spaces, highlighting the property's modern design with traditional hacienda-style features and elegant decor.

Beautiful Inside and Out

Hacienda Las Palmas' dramatic entrance leads guests to a large, spacious living room overlooking a lush tropical garden with a stunning swimming pool and a beautiful dining table for ten.  A well-equipped kitchen, including a prep island, a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and fine cabinetry, is perfect for entertaining.

The ground floor has one bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath.  On the second floor, guests will find more beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a private bath.  Three of these bedrooms have a king-sized bed, and the fifth bedroom offers two queen beds. 

Designed To Enjoy The Great Outdoors

The outdoor patio takes centerstage with its carved waterfall in natural limestone that feeds the swimming pool.  The pool deck offers plenty of lounging areas with tropical palm trees, an outdoor grill, and an additional dining area.   

Another favorite feature of Hacienda Las Palmas is the wet bar and outdoor living room terrace on the second level, where guests can enjoy the view in a more private scene. 

A fully furnished rooftop with a shaded canopy bed and sofas provide a magical setting for happy hours and stargazing, making Hacienda Las Palmas one of the most sought-after properties in the area.

The property is as described, absolutely beautiful. Gread communication with the Managers, they were always available via text or in person. The house is beautifuly maintained by the housekeepers and maintenance fellow. Location is the best , the house is close to PA's town center and beach so could walk everywhere.

Even before we got there we received up to date messages on arrival items. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and assured if we needed anything, it would be there. No waiting! The place is truly spectacular. The housekeepers even did our laundry. 5 star experience!
