This gorgeous oceanfront villa can be tailored to accommodate your specific needs!  Available as a one, two, three or four bedroom rental the house is the perfect option for your next tropical getaway.

Situated in a more remote area just north of Tulum called Paraiso Tankah, Casa Dena offers the ultimate in relaxation.  Upon arriving to your Caribbean home, you will first notice the private pool with waterfall.  Let the sounds of the cascading water surround you as you hang out poolside amongst the lush gardens.

Spectacular Ocean Views from Every Room

When entering the home, you will delight in the extra large living area with an open concept floor plan that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen, all with direct views to the blue waters of the sea.  The sliding glass doors can be opened to allow for the constant ocean breeze.

Entertaining is made easy with the fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops, a large central island and stainless steal appliances.  Do not feel like cooking?  The staff can be hired to prepare delicious traditional meals for you and your party. 

Uniquely designed, all 4 bedrooms at Casa Dena offers direct ocean views.  The ground floor suite features a king bed, A/C and ensuite bathroom with a sliding glass door that leads to the front terrace.

The other three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.  They all access the expansive wrap around terrace that overlooks the ocean.  Two of the bedrooms have a king bed and one has two double beds.  All three have A/C and  ensuite marble bathrooms.

Traveling with children?  We can provide a portable crib and queen size air mattress.

The property was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. I preferred the privacy of the neighborhood. The property was immaculate. The home had enough space for all of us to enjoy the wonders of the beach and sea. Staff was higher than 5 stars. D&A made the best food I had in Mexico. Bonus. I actually saw the turtle come up on the beach.

Our stay at the property was amazing! It was the most peaceful vacation I think I've ever taken. The property was clean and Armando was such a sweetheart. He suggested a restaurant for us just a few doors down on our first night since we were confused about what to do for dinner. The guacamole and salsa prepared at check-in was phenomenal. He and his wife also cooked an amazing meal for us. The scenery cannot be explained in words, we spent a lot of time just watching the water in the hammocks. I would highly suggest renting a car as that was our biggest mistake. The property is pretty far back from the main roads but it doesn't take long to get into Tulum or Azumal, taxis were extremely expensive so it's best to rent a car. The property manager also stopped past and made us feel very welcomed. It is a true beach house. I'd highly recommend booking and would love to stay again!

My family of 6 and I stayed for a week. and it was amazing the house was so nice and well taken care of. Daysi and Armando were so kind and helpful. also their dog Lassie. we got to see many turtles come to surface at night. saw shooting stars. and it was overall so nice.I will for sure be coming back.

Casa Dena was everything we hoped for. The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful! All the bedrooms have a direct view of the water. Armando, Daysi and their daughter Ebony were awesome! They work tirelessly to keep the property clean and well- manicured. We will definitely be staying here again. We rented a vehicle, so we had no difficulty getting to and from the area. We loved that we were somewhat secluded. The restaurant and bar down the road were amazing and very welcoming. We left some clothes behind at the house and Akumal Properties made sure the clothes were returned to us. Such a wonderful place to stay and their service is impeccable!!

We loved the area and the fact that you could walk to other restaurants and resorts to grab a drink yet the home was very private. Armundo and Daisey were excellent chefs and we felt as ease knowing they were right next door keeping an eye on things. The house was lovely and we would definitely stay here again. I only wish the other half of our guests who were supposed to come and stay here would have made it to the house.

This rental was very comfortable for our group of six adults. The ocean views were wonderful and it was a very quiet, safe and scenic location. It is a bit off the road, but we had a rental car so had no problem getting to Tulum and Akumal. The caretakers, Armando and Daysi were wonderful. They kept the property very neat and clean and we highly recommend their chef services. We had three delicious authetic Mexican meals and it was well worth the price! We also enjoyed interacting with their friendly dog Lassie.
Overall a great stay and relaxing family vacation.

We had a perfect holiday here over Christmas! The house is gorgeous and spacious - perfect for our two families (4 adults + 4 children). The children enjoyed the pool, the hammocks and the beach. We snorkeled and explored the rocks and tide pools. It was lovely to be in a quiet secluded spot but still close enough to Tulum and other areas. My husband was able to kitesurf from this spot too!

Armando and Daisy are amazing. They take wonderfully good care of the house and prepared us some delicious dinners. We loved Casa Dena and extended our stay an extra day because it was hard to leave!

House was beautiful and supplied everything you could want in a home away from home! Daisy & Armando were perfect care takers and live right on the property so are available for any need you have! They are also available to cook meals if you desire, we had them do that for only one dinner and wished we had done more! Beautiful sand beach but the ocean at this location is total coral reef, so swimming is possible, but further out due to shallow coral and rock and swim shoes are a must! The pool is on the front of the house and didn't have sun on it until mid afternoon, it isn't heated so a little too chilly for us but is is January so I'm sure it warms up nicely in Spring & Summer, although we had beautiful weather! Only reason we gave it a 4-star rating for location is that it was almost at the end of the road and was a bit of a drive to get to Casa Dena. Both the property manager and the concierge were fantastic, easy to work with and were most helpful in arranging everything from airport transport to expeditions to beach massages! Can't say enough good about this property and the experience our family enjoyed!!!

My husband, our friends and I have been vacationing on the Yucatan for about 19 years now. We have stopped doing all-inclusive resorts in favor of renting villas. We love the privacy and relaxing atmosphere of having our own place on the beach. Casa Dena just topped the charts. The house was lovely, spacious and quite beautiful. Lots of space to either be together or separate when we wanted time apart. The ocean front, waking up to the waves, ocean smell and sounds truly made this the perfect get away. Daisy and Armando, the caretakers, we great and they were wonderful cooks as well. The whipped cream AND the cherry on top was Lassie, the resident dog. We are all pet owners and she was a joy. She greeted us first thing each morning, kept us company, took walks with us on the beach and then was an excellent guard dog. We knew she would be there so we brought her a tennis ball chucker and we all had a great time with her. The house is close to Tulum and we found our way back to several favorite restaurants from previous trips. Oscar and Lao's is just minutes south and on into Tulum on the beach is Zamas Restaurant. Both have fantastic food. Daisy cooked a number of meals for us and all were wonderful. Don't just stick to the suggested menu, give her free reign and she will put a delicious meal in front of you. We hope to go back next year and make this a frequent place to take our winter vacation.

My husband, our friends and I have been vacationing on the Yucatan for about 19 years now. We have stopped doing all-inclusive resorts in favor of renting villas. We love the privacy and relaxing atmosphere of having our own place on the beach. Casa Dena just topped the charts. The house was lovely, spacious and quite beautiful. Lots of space to either be together or separate when we wanted time apart. The ocean front, waking up to the waves, ocean smell and sounds truly made this the perfect get away. Daisy and Armando, the caretakers, we great and they were wonderful cooks as well. The whipped cream AND the cherry on top was Lassie, the resident dog. We are all pet owners and she was a joy. She greeted us first thing each morning, kept us company, took walks with us on the beach and then was an excellent guard dog. We knew she would be there so we brought her a tennis ball chucker and we all had a great time with her. The house is close to Tulum and we found our way back to several favorite restaurants from previous trips. Oscar and Lao&#039;s is just minutes south and on into Tulum on the beach is Zamas Restaurant. Both have fantastic food. Daisy cooked a number of meals for us and all were wonderful. Don&#039;t just stick to the suggested menu, give her free reign and she will put a delicious meal in front of you. We hope to go back next year and make this a frequent place to take our winter vacation.

This house is immaculate and the views can’t be beat. Armando and Daisy take incredible care of the house and of the guests. Their cooking beat all the trendy restaurants in Tulum. I have not a single complaint about this house. Favorite parts: The rooftop deck for staring at the stars. The immaculate beach right outside our doors. Lassie the dog greeting us every morning. Cooking in the state of the art kitchen.
