Each of the villa’s four suites offers ocean views, a private terrace, and a spa-style ensuite bath:

  • Ground Floor Primary Suite: King bed, a single bed, en suite bath and a private patio with a hammock and ocean view.

  • Second Floor Primary Suite: King bed, a single bed, ensuite bath with access to an ocean front terrace with a breakfast nook and seating. 

  • Second Floor Family Suite: King bed, a single bed, and a large crib, ensuite bath, and an ocean front terrace with a breakfast nook and seating. 

  • Second Floor Guest Suite: King bed, a single bed, ensuite bath, and and a private patio with a hammock and ocean view.

Alma Rosa is centrally located between Cancún International Airport and the new Tulum International Airport, making arrival and departure easy. Our concierge can assist with pre-arranged private transfers or rental cars.

Please note: Jade Bay is not accessible by bicycle or golf cart, and these methods are not recommended or available for rent in this area. A rental car or private driver is highly recommended for ease of transportation. The villa includes secure off-street parking for guest use.

Guests booking directly also receive exclusive access to the Akumal Guest Services Office on Half Moon Bay—a helpful resource for tour planning, local recommendations, luggage storage, and same-day assistance during your stay.

We had the best time at Alma Rosa. Beautiful home and it was the perfect size for our 3 families. The pool and location and being able to walk to restaurants were all great. Lydia and Rodolfo are wonderful! We had several meals and they were delicious. We will be back!
