Description

Wake up with the Caribbean just downstairs at Nikte 10. Set on the garden side of the beachfront Nikte complex, this third-floor studio gives you a peaceful home base with a beachfront pool, direct access to Half Moon Bay, and some of Akumal's favorite places within walking distance.

The Studio

Simple, comfortable, and well equipped for a beach vacation, Nikte 10 accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and sofa bed in an open studio layout.

Prepare breakfast before heading to the water in the full kitchen, relax in the air conditioning after an afternoon in the sun, or settle in with the Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A private garden-facing balcony adds a quiet outdoor space for coffee, reading, or relaxing at the end of the day.

When you're ready for the Caribbean, simply head downstairs. The shared beachfront pool sits beside Half Moon Bay, with the beach only steps away.

Explore Akumal

Nikte makes it easy to enjoy Akumal at your own pace. Walk to nearby restaurants, snorkel and swim at Yal-Ku Lagoon, explore Half Moon Bay, or spend the day at Akumal Bay and its sandy beach.

Whether you're planning days in the water or using Akumal as your base for exploring the Riviera Maya, Nikte 10 keeps you close to the action while giving you a quieter garden-side retreat to return to.

Good to Know

  • Nikte 10 is located on the third floor.
  • Nikte has an elevator, but service can be inconsistent. When operational, we recommend using it for luggage and groceries only and using the stairs for regular access.
  • Half Moon Bay has a natural shoreline with a mix of sand and coral, so water shoes are recommended for entering the water.
  • Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday.
  • Seasonal sargassum can affect beaches throughout the Riviera Maya, particularly during the warmer months.

This condo was clean, modern, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, staff were super friendly and cleaned the condo every day! It was the perfect place to stay to explore Akumal. Definitely recommend.

The studio condo was roomy, comfortable & the kitchen had most everything but we could have used a lime squeezer and pitcher. The balcony provided gorgeous sunsets while the beach had glorious sunrises!
So happy when the elevator worked but difficult when it did not. The wifi was good , the pool was fabulous and the staff is very professional & kind.
Very well positioned in Half Moon Bay regarding walking to restaurants, grocery store & Akumal Beach, would recommend a bicycle or golf cart though for older people.
Need more lounge chairs for beach & pool area as people from next door are using them too.
