Inside Your Tropical Home

This bright and colorful Bunkerist-style home welcomes you with a distinctly Mexican design—from arched accents to hand-painted tiles and open-air flow. The ground floor layout is made for gathering, where the fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and living spaces, leading straight to the beachfront terrace and pool.

Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds, each with their own en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The third floor houses a private master suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and breathtaking ocean views.

The fourth bedroom is a self-contained guesthouse suite above the carport. With a king bed, en suite bathroom, kitchenette, and independent access, it’s ideal for those seeking a little more space or privacy.

The home is surrounded by tropical greenery and offers plenty of outdoor spaces—from a shaded palapa dining area to a rooftop terrace made for stargazing. All rooms are air-conditioned with en suite baths.

Soliman Bay is a gated, quiet beach community near Tulum and Akumal. It’s known for its swimmable shoreline and reef-protected waters. Tulum’s restaurants, ruins, and cenotes are just 10 minutes away. A rental car is recommended, as the highway is only accessible via an unpaved road.

I had the best time here. The home is as advertised and I will recommend it to friends and certainly book again in the future. The location on Soliman Bay is the best along the whole bay. We walked north and south and the sand and water are by far the best. No rocks or stones at all! Paradise!
