Description

Lol Ka'naab 1 is located on the pristine beaches of Akumal's Half Moon Bay, an ecologically protected inlet of the Mexican Gulf. This is a garden-level unit that offers beach access that is as effortless as stepping off the private patio and digging your toes into the sand.

Lol Ka’naab has a superb location on Half Moon Bay, perfectly situated between Akumal Bay and Yal Ku lagoon, perfect for those on the hunt for exciting new adventures or simply rest and relaxation.

Lol Ka’naab 1 feels relaxed and sophisticated. The master bedroom has been furnished with a queen sized bed and features a large ensuite bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed and a twin as well as an additional ensuite.

This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to prepare your own meals or snacks. From the kitchen and living area you can enjoy an expansive view of Half Moon Bay, and through the sliding glass door guests will be able to access the private terrace. The terrace is complete with a hammock and just a few steps beyond guests will find plenty of loungers and a crystal clear pool.

NO SMOKING inside the condo, patio, or grounds.

We love Akumal! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The condo is great and exactly how it’s presented. Grounds are very clean and well maintained. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful ! All in all, it’s a great place to stay!

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Very clean, great housekeeping and grounds care! One issue: not enough parking at the location. 2nd issue: no response from the Property Management after multiple calls to the number provided. However the location is great, near restaurants and of course snorkeling right out front. Just respond to phone calls and it would be perfect!!

We had a spectacular time staying there. The view was unmatched. I really appreciated the ground floor. On days with less than perfect weather, it’s nice to sit on the couch and watch the waves/ocean.

The condo was very nice. The view is amazing since it is right on the ocean. IT is quite a distance from Tulum, but we knew that ahead of time. We needed to rent a car, The maid service was exceptional. The only small complaint was the lounge chairs on the beach were all occupied the second day, because the other guests left their towels on them when they went inside. I would definitely recommend these condos.

Loco ****** team and especially Katie - thank you very much, provided amazing support and help. They are super professional in what they do, fast to respond once we had communication going and did help with everything what was needed.
They are our preferred choice for the area and we earlier used the liked of Airbnb. Loco ****** team is superior.
The description and pictures matched what we were getting (to be totally honest we also knew both condominiums from earlier stays).

The only hint I'd provide for the team is to provide phone number top Loco ****** team as this provides expected assurance that when in troubles there's someone who will pick up the phone. With that said, once booking has been confirmed we've received phone number to the local management company, so the only missing point is phone number to be able to talk live over the phone to Loco ****** team if required and to not count on email only.
With second booking we've done everything within hours within same day - so there was very fast response as we were already getting under the existing thread.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Lol Ka’naab. The ground floor unit was perfect for our two year old grand daughter to access the pool and beach. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially David who arranged van transport to and from the airport and a rental car during our stay. The only negative was the early appearance this year of the dreaded sargassum seaweed. Neighbouring properties raked it up a bit, but ours did not. Again not a big issue and we still managed to get into the beautiful and warm waters. As others have mentioned be sure to have water shoes as it is a rocky entry, but once in it is beautiful. The property location was ideal - quiet yet close enough to walk to restaurants and the stores. We would definitely recommend Akumal to our friends and family.

This was a lovely and simple condo. It had everything we needed. Including a lovely view, good location, and fresh/filtered water. The a/c and beach towels were very appreciated.

There were some issues- the beds and couches were less comfortable than hoped and the shower in one of the rooms would randomly turn on/off without warning. I wish it had provided more condiments and conditioner as some other vacation rentals do.

Very nice condo and comfortable for a family or couple. The patio area was great by the pool. The area of Half Moon Bay was quiet and the walk or bike to town was close. The area does have a seaweed problem in certain months so swimming in the area is not great. We went to Akumal Bay to use the beach for a charge. It’s very close to some amazing snorkeling areas and if you love the water this is the place to go.

Had a lovely time at Lol Ka’naab Unit 1. Condo was accurately described, staff was helpful and every day cleaning was very nice (we were not expecting that). Location is walking distance from two restaurants and a well stocked convenience store. We are booking this unit again for next year.
