Jade Bay is a private area developed on the Riviera Maya coastline. It’s a place where peace, family bonding and ultimate relaxation become reality. A place, where building sand castles with your kids or relaxing by the pool become the most urgent priorities for the day.
It’s also the place where the amazing Villa Margarita has been built.
Nestled on the white coral sand of Jade Bay, this luxurious four bedroom beach home is the perfect getaway for large families or several couples travelling together.
The moment you find yourself inside the villa, you will feel work stress and worries melt away quicker than ice melts in a Margarita on a sunny Caribbean day.
A wide foyer leads you into the large open-floor living space that consists of a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a stylish breakfast bar, a sunken living area and a cozy indoor dining area, facing the Caribbean and the pool.
Wide glass sliders expand the living space onto a gorgeous pool patio, framed by white columns and elegant arches. It’s truly hard to capture on camera the million-dollar view that opens up from here. Just imagine a warm sea breeze that smells of the sun and salty ocean air. An originally shaped turquoise pool, surrounded by a carpet-soft green lawn. Slender palm trees, a big beach palapa with hammocks a few steps away and miles of crystalline turquoise water disappearing into the horizon.
This is the awe-inspiring view that you will see from each of the 4 bedrooms of the house. In fact, all the bedrooms of Villa Margarita are equally-spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms, and individual ocean decks (3 upstairs bedrooms) or private access to a poolside patio (1 downstairs bedroom). Three of the bedrooms are furnished with fixed king-size beds and one has a king that separates into two twins, providing additional flexibility for groups.
The upper floor of the house also hosts a family entertainment room, equipped with a satellite TV, VCR, WiFi internet, 2 comfortable futon sofa beds for additional sleeping and a private patio overlooking the village of Akumal and the lush tropical jungle.
If you want to enjoy more panoramic views of both the Jungle and Jade Bay, take the spiral stairway to the rooftop deck. It’s an ideal spot to savor your evening Margaritas and admire the breathtaking Caribbean sunsets.
Other fun and relaxing activities to embrace at Villa Margarita, besides sipping Margaritas include lounging by the pool, taking well-deserved siesta naps in a hammock under the beach palapa, exploring the center of Akumal, shopping at Playa Del Carmen or organizing outdoor cookouts and driving the neighbors crazy with the head-spinning aromas of sizzling BBQ ribs and seafood.
The Bottom line is Villa Margarita has all the right ingredients for a memorable vacation Riviera Maya style. All you have to do to claim it for yourself is to add this property to your inquiry.
