Are you looking for something a little different than your typical “resort type” accommodation for your family vacation, wedding or corporate retreat?
Then Margarita Villa could be a perfect fit for you. This upscale, kid-friendly beach house with a heated pool is located right on the white sands of Soliman Bay, overlooking the Caribbean.
The decor of Margarita Villa reflects the Riviera Maya. This open-concept living space features solid mahogany furniture, while a fully-equipped kitchen is decorated with colorful Mexican tiles (chef available upon request).
The wall-size sliding doors lead from the living room to the furnished pool patio and the beach. This is a wonderful place to host a wedding cocktail party or spend a relaxing evening with your friends and family. The large zero-entry pool is heated throughout the year, making it a pleasure for everyone (even little ones) to swim here.
Farther down the beach, a spacious palapa, equipped with hammocks and lounge chairs provides much-welcomed shade for relaxing siesta naps.
Margarita villa comes with 5 spacious bedrooms, making it easy to accommodate up 16 people (maximum 10 adults). All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and come with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedroom suites are located on the main floor: one facing the pool patio and one overlooking a peaceful Jungle garden. The Jungle room is the only one featuring two queen-sized beds. The other 4 bedrooms are furnished with a king-sized bed and a single daybed.
The second floor hosts two more bedrooms, including a Master Bedroom, featuring a brick bovida ceiling and a large-screen TV. Both bedrooms face the turquoise waters of Soliman Bay and have private access to a wide, palapa-covered deck.
The fifth king-size bedroom, located on the rooftop level, could make a great palapa-inspired “honeymoon suite”. It leads to a lovely observation deck – an ideal spot to sip your evening Margarita and enjoy the view.
Besides spending relaxing days at the beach, snorkeling and kayaking, Soliman Bay offers plenty of other activities that are worth exploring. For example, the location of Margarita Villa is very convenient for Riviera Maya’s, renowned Tulum Ruins (10 minutes south), Akumal’s city center (15 minutes north) and Playa del Carmen’s hip restaurants (35 minutes).
Note: If you want to rent Margarita Villa for a wedding, family vacation or corporate retreat, act quickly. Judging from our experience, most guests who have ever stayed in this property, keep coming back.

Excellent Stay. This is a beautiful house in an incredible location. The house is well appointed and the Owners have provided everything we needed, fins, masks, water shoes, snorkels, snorkel vests, life jackets, kayaks. The five bedrooms are very large with extra sleeping space.

Have rented lots of houses over the years for our family vacations (two daughters, sons-in-law, five small grandchildren) on both coasts of Mexico. This was by far the best! Little ones lived in the heated pool. Great cook. Beautiful house furnished with every personal amenity. Please pass on my cooments to the owners-they've done a wonderful job. We'll be back next winter.

This has become our favorite vacation spot. Love the location, a private home away from the commercialism of Cancun but close enough to many activities to give us plenty of fun options. They offer everything, kayaks, snorkling gear, coral reefs, etc. and the pool is a great place to unwind after a busy day. It is the perfect spot for a family gathering.

We are repeat renters at Margarita Villa and we hope to go back. It is the only place we have found that has the zero level entry end of the pool - excellent for small children. We use this place for family gatherings - three generations - and everyone has grown to love it. We have rented other houses but this is our favorite. We feel very comfortable and relaxed there, and it has a sense of fun about it. Soliman Bay is also a favorite for us.

The house and amenities were perfect! Plenty of room for our multiple families. Beautiful, huge bedrooms. Solimon Bay gorgeous with excellent snorkeling. We rode the kayaks out to the buoys and hit the reef - amazing! Kids also loved the heated pool for their evening swims. Caretakers catered to our every need - without being overbearing. Excellent restaurants in Akumal and Tulum beach area. Perfect location for hitting other towns, adventure parks, etc. Looking forward to another stay here next year!

We had 10 adults and 3 children (2 toddlers). Everyone had their own space, great beach experience, and the toddlers enjoyed playing in the sand and the shallow pool. We loved being away from the crowds of a busy beach. If you like a secluded feel, I would highly recommend Margarita Villa for family or a group of friends.

Loved the beautiful home, location, pool, kayaking & snorkeling. A rental car is a must because of the location. While only 5 miles from Tulum, the house is at the end of a rough dirt road. You can call taxis but it's inconvenient. Great location for beating the tour buses to Tulum and Coba. A luxurious, safe and relaxing place.

If the garden of Eden was anything like this haven, we'd still be wearing fig leaves and loving each other!

Third year at Margarita-5th on Soliman Bay. With children and grandchildren in Midwest and California, it alows us to be together for one wonderful week each year. House is spacious and beautifully furnished. Books, games, snorkel gear all make it like our own home. Kids live in the heated pool. Adults snorkel in the crystal clear Carribbean. The hired chef completes a perfect vacation.

We are repeat guests at Margarita Villa, so it is feeling like home. It is perfect for our family group - 3 generations. The 4 little ones (ages 2-6) spent hours and hours in the pool. Snorkeling is always good right in front. We had a great cook, and also enjoyed the little restaurant on the south end of the bay. It is nice that there is now a little store close - for little emergency needs. So, the situation is always improving. We will return again.

Hard to find anything negative about this excellent property located on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water in the ~ 1/2 mile bay. Great place to swim and snorkel with coral reefs 100 feet from the house.

Kids (5-ages 3-11) lived in the heated pool. Got two of the older kids into snorkling. Lots of coral heads alive with fish. Have spent the last 4 years in this house and the last 7 on this beach. Already booked next year's.

Wonderful home with perfect floor plan for couples and children. Home has amazing views and fantastic pool area along with two chairs to drink your morning coffee or just listen to the ocean. Only rub is from the pictures and villa description we thought the beach would not be so rocky and could enter and snorkle without a challenge.

Margarita Villa is a jewel on the beach, perfect for kids with a very special pool, bedrooms and bathrooms are fancy, every detail is sophisticated. Our cook, Carlos, was really wonderful and such a nice man, and we had a great time. The only "con" is too much seagrass, but I guess it is the price to pay to enjoy beautiful fishes and turtles in the sea right in front of the house.
