Casa Vallejo is a unique beachfront villa that is actually owned by one of the most famous and hip hotels of Tulum – ZAMA’s. Why does this matter?
Because it combines the best of both worlds – privacy, spaciousness and chicness of your own 5 bedroom beach house and top quality service of a well-reputed hotel. Where else would you have the option to ask for “room service” while staying at a beach house? Especially since ZAMA’s Que Fresco restaurant is one of the best in Tulum, with seafood brought in fresh daily right off the beach.
However, these are not the only benefits of staying at Casa Vallejo.
As soon as you walk through the gates you will feel yourself tempted to change into your swimming suit and dive into the refreshing waters of the pool. Or to head to the beach across the street and bury your feet into the soft white sand, savoring the feeling of being on vacation in one of the best places in Riviera Maya.
This charming vacation house is nothing short of beach bohemian’s dream. Designed with beautifully decorated rooms, high ceilings, antique hacienda doors and furniture, the house exudes a Mexican Caribbean laid-back feel that Tulum beach is so famous for.
Spacious enough to accommodate a large family, couples or 10 friends travelling together, Casa Vallejo still allows everyone to enjoy some privacy and much longed for peace and quiet.
With 5 large bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, sunken living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen you will have the freedom to prepare your meals at home and spend the day on the beach, swimming, surfing and snorkeling or going out and exploring the surroundings of Tulum.
Steps away from Casa Vallejo you will find local shopping and ZAMA’s Que Fresco Bar and restaurant. 10 minutes drive away you will discover Mayan Ruins, dive shops and a full-sized supermarket. While mystical cenotes – crystalline fresh water pools leading to vast underground rivers – are located only 20 minutes away from your private vacation house.
As you can see for yourself, Casa Vallejo has everything you need for your heavenly Caribbean vacation. The only difficult part of your stay at Riviera Maya and Tulum Beach is actually leaving.

I've been coming to Tulum for years and this year I rented Casa Vallejo for a big family summer trip in June 2012. The house is beautifully designed with spacious rooms and antique hacienda style doors and furniture. There is an awesome pool, which is a nice fresh water addition to being able to swim in the ocean, which is right out the front door. There is a great kitchen, and we were able to cook some big family meals at home, but we also enjoyed the awesome food and live music at the Zamas hotel which is right next door. Part of the beach in front of the house is rocky but we didn't mind because we were able to snorkel on the reef right there as well. The whole cove in front of the house is alive with fish, birds, and other sea life, and that was awesome. There is a nice sandy section in front of the hotel, and the kids loved playing in the surf there, but also exploring the rocks and tide pools. I have been in many many rental houses in Tulum and this one has a really special feel. You can tell it was a family home, not just a rental property. The views from the upper floors of both the north and south parts of the cove are amazing. The staff were all super friendly and the daily cleaning was a nice touch. I highly recommend this vacation rental for your next family or group trip to Tulum.
