For centuries, the mysticism and secrets of Mayan culture have been fascinating people from all over of the world. However, it is probably the enchanting beauty of the turquoise sea, the soft white sand and the lush tropical vegetation that continues to lure guests to Riviera Maya year after year.
And what is the best place to experience the enticement of the Caribbean if not at the Casa Magica or “Magical House”?
Sitting on the beach in front of the picturesque Jade Bay, this unique villa combines the mystical charm of modernized Mayan architecture and classy Caribbean décor.
With over 5000 sq ft of living space, 4 large bedrooms with elegant en-suite bathrooms and a gorgeous swimming pool with a custom-made gazebo area, Casa Magica turns into a private getaway for a large family or a group of 8-10 friends traveling together.
The living area of this beautiful villa definitely makes a statement with its amazing brick dome ceiling, cozy sitting area and stunning views of the pool and the ocean.
Across from the living room, is an elegantly-furnished dining area, a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a breakfast bar, framed by a whimsical brick arch.
The ground level master suite pleasantly impresses with its size and large French doors leading to the pool and the beach. The upper level master bedroom pampers its guests with a private ocean terrace, a raised bath tub and elegant double sinks.
The third king-sized bedroom on the upper floor lets you enjoy your morning coffee on your own private and expansive beachfront balcony.
The fourth room, usually reserved for kids, is furnished with two queen beds and a large built-in closet. What’s more, it provides its guests with a panoramic view of coconut palm trees on one side and the ocean on the other.
However, there is a more pleasant way to absorb the enticing beauty of the Caribbean than just admiring it from your bedroom balcony.
Just go to the oceanfront pool area that hosts a charming thatched-roofed pavilion, two separate outdoor dining areas, several hammocks and spa-like lounge chairs.
It is large enough for adults to swim in and enjoy their ice cold drinks while admiring the Caribbean. Yet, at the same time it has been designed with a shallow pool area, so the kids can safely play and invent new water games.
If you want to enjoy more of the natural magic of Jade Bay, take the curved sidewalk that leads you to the beach. This area has been a preferred turtle nesting place for centuries. In the summer time droves of baby turtles erupt from their nest in the sand and make their way to the ocean. Truly a miracle!
After an adventurous day of exploring the secrets of the Riviera Maya, make sure to end it with a romantic visit to the rooftop deck. It is especially captivating at night, when the stars form intricate constellations in the pitch-black sky and the sound of the waves caressing the shore washes all worries and fatigue away.
Book your first enchanting vacation at Casa Magica and set the natural beauty of Riviera Maya leave its mark in your heart!

Everything was wonderful. Gustavo (property manager) was helpful and friendly and quite concerned that everything met our expectations. The property is exactly as pictured - large, beautifully decorated home, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, pristine beach.

We had a great time at Casa Magica ... our timimg was PERFECT for sea turles - laying eggs and also hatching! We had great snorkeling right out front, too. The house is great, we love to cook and the kitchen is VERY well equipped. The whole staff is really friendly and really good ... the ONLY con was the contruction next door. It was supposed to be inside by the time we got there but ... they were plastering the wall right by us, so we did have that green net stuff up and workers right there. But really, that was minor in comparison to all of the good stuff!

Reyna and Marco are very friendly and helpful. The guest house (casita) wasn't completely furnished but had all the important things and I loved staying there. Recommend very highly.

The house was perfect for our family of 8. Marcos was available at any time if we ever needed anything, but we didn't. Grounds kept clean. Pool was clean. I really don't have anything negative to say about it. The location on Jade Bay was nice and away from all the crowds. I would say the walk to town along the beach was more of a 30-minute hike in sand rather than 20. We rented a car which made it easy to go to the store whenever we wanted. Very quiet place. Although you could snorkel right out from the house, there really isn't much of anything there. BUT, Yal-Ku Lagoon is a 10-minute drive, and Akumal Bay is a 5-minute drive and both worth the visit. Very pleased with the house overall.

The house is quite nice. Sets up well. The staff is very helpful. Cooking services at adtn'l charge are very convenient, but it's not a gourmet experience. Unfortunately we were burglarized one of the evenings we were there. Even given this, we ultimately felt safe and the culprits we apprehended by the police. Marcos the gardener was particularly helpful.
