Nikte Unit 6 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with modern designs, spectacular finishes and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the glittering Caribbean Sea and lush, green jungle surrounding you.

It comfortably sleeps up to four people, a fantastic option for a family or small group.

Ocean views are available from the master bedroom and large terrace. A dining table with chairs on the patio is a great place to watch the sun rise or set with your favorite beverage in hand. Beach and pool access are just steps away and plenty of beach towels are available.

A gourmet kitchen equipped with an oven and six-burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and kettle offers you the freedom to eat when you want.

The master bedroom boasts ocean views, a King bed and an en suite bathroom. A second suite is equipped with two Twin beds that can be joined as a King bed and an en suite bathroom. Views of the lush, tropical jungle can be enjoyed from the west terrace. You can also close the black-out curtains for more privacy or just to keep the room cooler during the day.

What a great place to stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. If you’d like to snorkel get in the water, this is a great place. The food at the restaurant near by is good. There’s about three little small stores like a 7-Eleven and OXXO and a general store that have snack and other things you need. Some fabulous food right there on the water.

Very nice condo with 2 BR, 2 BR. Beautiful terrace that you can view the sunrise. Nice place in afternoon for cocktails. Quiet and safe environment. Akumal has lots of restaurants in walking distance. Our favorites Taverna and La Buena Vida. We tried Otan Tulum but were not impressed. The kitchen well equipped, but stove had a couple of burners that didn't work. OK for us as we didn't cook much. Plenty of towels but old, some had holes in them. The cleaning people were exceptional! All in all, a little pricey but would stay there again.

Great location, right on the beach. Very clean. Quiet.
The only thing we didn’t expect were broken shells/coral right at the water line which made it difficult to enter/exit the water. The shells would hit our ankles/feet if we stood in the waves. This was the only downfall. Good restaurants close and friendly people!

The space and location were great. The area is perfect and everyone was so friendly. I would recommend updating a few things. All of the linens and towels had stains, the bath mat had a rip, the lamp shades even had stains. The space is so great to be brought down by that. Also the lock box was rusted shut upon arrival.

Unit was as described and the daily cleaning service was superb. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated on humid days. Lounge furniture on the balcony was nice for relaxing outside. The beds were pretty comfortable, bedding is very minimal. Kitchen had cooking tools and a few seasonings but you will need most food/supplies if planning to cook in the kitchen. Furniture was in fine condition. The pool was lovely, and the grounds were well cared for. Management promptly responded with any concerns. We arrived to the condo at 8PM, after the office was closed, and the key was missing from our lockbox. It took a while to reach someone and to have them bring a key, which made for a long day of travel, but the management company brought it out to us in about 45 minutes. My note requesting a grocery stop for the car service was not communicated to the driver that picked us up at the airport, and we spent some time trying to figure out if he would have time to take us. This was arranged by the property management. My overall suggestion would be to overcommunicate with them. The location is very convenient, across the street from the market.

Very nice location with a convenience store across the road! Beach was a little rocky so water shoes are recommended. The couch on the deck was awesome because the palm tree provided shade for most of the morning! Great for reading a book outside. The pool was very well maintained and a great place to relax. Would recommend renting a golf cart to allow better exploration of restaurants and the grocery store at the south end. The Buena Vida restaurant is only a 5 minute walk however. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikte #6. The staff on site were wonderful and always available to assist if we needed it. Nice pool and beach access. The condo is a nice size - even for 2 couples as the rooms are separated with their own bathrooms. They even provided bottled water jug for our time there. Def recommend!

Akumal Direct did not disappoint. Easy to use service with great codos to choose from. Service was prompt in replying to my questions and payment system easy to use. Our stay at Nikte 6 Condo was all that we asked for and more. Akumal is a quiet area, easy to navigate and beach front to Nikte clean and rock free. Condo was perfect for four adults. Condo, pool and surrounding property was spotless. Lovely patio to enjoy morning coffee or dinner and check out that view. Washer/dryer was not working which would not have been a big problem but we were continuing on to another area and would have loved to do laundry before we carried on. Small grocery store behind condo or larger store a short walk into small shopping area. Bring your own grocery bags. There are very good beach bar/restaurants nearby. Lots of beach to walk onto next Bay. Bikes for rent. Snorkel at Yalku lagoon a short walk away. We could not have asked for a better area to stay for some quiet away from Cancun or Playa. This property does not disappoint.

We had a great stay in nikte #6. The unit and property were well maintained, staff were very attentive and answered any questions we had. Check in/out went smoothly, we were able to leave our luggage at the office while we waited for our flight so that was a plus. Having a golf cart is not necessarily needed, we just found that it was convenient that we could use it in half moon bay and akumal bay To access all the great restaurants and snorkelling. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We did a last minute trip to Akumal. The condo was in good condition and everything was clean and in working condition. The bed was hard so I brought a foam topper and that helped, I left it for future visitors. The guest beds were hard. The maid was great & cleaned daily. The pool was nice except it turned our hair very green. We are still try to get the green out a week later. The seaweed was pretty bad as I heard is common in August. Overall it was a very nice condo in a quiet and safe feeling area. Taverna Italian restaurant was our favorite in Akumal. If pool didn’t turn our hair green we would be a full 5 stars. Property management was also good

Loved the condo and the staff keeping up the condo. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. Condo was beautiful and location was spot on. Pool was much needed and well kept. Unfortunately the sargassum was terrible which made the surroundings smelly and unable to go into the ocean. It brings in a lot of trash as well. This isn’t fault of the condo, but for those looking to travel here I would recommend a sousing June and July months due to sargassum. Workers worked so hard to shovel the sargassum to help us enjoy our stay but it was a never ending task. Room has filtered water and full kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The jungle cafe down the street has the best coffee and breakfast in town in my opinion. Great location out of the hustle and bustle of things.
The only thing I would say is they should let ALL guests use the paddle boards and kayaks. Management was a bit rude about this when we asked. There were 2 paddle boards and 6 kayaks sitting there unused our entire stay and they wouldn’t let us borrow them to get in the ocean past the sargassum.

Everything went smoothly although we missed the check in process due to a flght delay and we checked out at 630am so interaction with on site management was not alot. The only suggestion I would have is to get some more comfortable patio furniture, we used our deck alot and probably would have more but the furntiure was not the most comfortable! Everything was great for our week stay!

This was the second time we stayed in Nikte 6. We have been to Akumal numerous times and this condo is great. Right on the beach, clean, modern, easy walk to the main beach and shops, as well as La Buena Vida and La Lunita (our favorite restaurants in Akumal). We always book through Loco ****** and they provide excellent service and are very responsive to any issues.

This place was beautiful...everything you need on the inside and comfy living room furniture. Deck and furnishings here is wonderful as well. Elevator worked for our elderly mom and the view is wonderful. Our only suggestion is the king ( and twins) bed is very very hard, and the foot board even for a 5 11” person is not good. My GF Aran into it as well coming and going from the bathroom. Otherwise this condo is well done and nice... would love to rent again but the bed (s) may be a deal breaker.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nikte 6! From the day one on making the reservation, Lisa, Toni, Sibley, Michelle, and Ellie at Caribbean Fantasy, Inc were attentive to our questions and responded immediately. The condo is awesome, state-of-the art!. The kitchen was well stocked and met all of our needs. The views from the balcony are awesome! The location is perfect! We enjoyed several days of snorkeling, just steps away from the condo. My only suggestion would be to have palapas available on the beach. There was some shade on the right side of the building, but not enough space for all the guests who are staying in the building.
