New Payment, Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
For many of our properties, payment and cancellation policies have been updated to greatly increase flexibility, making it easy for you to book your vacation without worry. You can reserve your beachfront vacation today, and rest easy knowing that many of our properties now allow you to cancel your reservation up to 14 - 30 days prior to arrival without penalty.
Some of our rental properties have also reduced the initial deposit to 25%, and created low monthly payment plans thereby reducing your out of pocket expenses.

Enhanced Housekeeping Procedures
The well-being and health of our guests and staff are of the utmost importance. In the wake of COVID-19 our properties now employ additional rigorous deep cleaning and disinfection protocols. Our professionally managed vacation rental properties are actively complying with the latest guidance and recommendations from the CDC, WHO and industry associations regarding hygiene and cleaning.
Our professional property managers have always prided themselves on high attention to detail. Proactively ensuring proper sanitation throughout our properties to prevent the spread of germs and viruses has always been part of our daily protocol. Now, in the face of global health concerns like COVID-19 our teams are employing additional rigorous deep cleaning and disinfection protocols.
Specifically, our properties have:
- Determined property-specific action plans for deep cleaning and ongoing disinfecting of interior and exterior spaces.
- Increased good hygiene protocols, such as implementing hand sanitizer stations and frequent cleaning of high-touch areas.
- Ensuring ongoing education and preparedness for our onsite staff.
