Tulum’s young, hip foodies LOVE Ginger. Ginger restaurant has a passion for delicious food and original, local art. The restaurant’s sexy decor features bold red walls and original paintings and photography for sale, making this bistro an art gallery too. Chef Javier Ornelas is himself a food artist with creations like Fried Camembert with Apple Chutney, Pan-Seared Fish Filet with Roasted Pineapple Salsa, and Fresh Pasta with Shrimp Sautéed in Garlic and Chile.

I fancy myself a cook. These creations look great. It would be good to include some recipes sometimes.
I will publish this post to my Facebook page for 12 noon Pacific.
    My compliments to the Chef.
