The property is set back from the road by and entry garden complete with stone bridge, bougainvillea lined walkway and a pond-like water feature. This is a serene setting and a fine choice for couples or small families seeking beach front tranquility, and relative proximity to central Puerto Aventuras.
Las Palmas is equipped with a full kitchen, granite kitchen counter tops, a dining area with padded bench seating, and a large sunken living room with glass sliders leading out to the pool and beach. Custom Mexican tile and native stonework give the condo an atmosphere of warmth and charm. Amenities include Satellite TV with DVD and VCR, CD/cassette player, high speed Internet (bring your laptop) washer and dryer.
The living room opens to a shaded pool terrace furnished with lounge chairs, a table and chairs, and a charcoal grill for pool side cookouts. Just off the pool is the sand and the southern portion of Puerto Aventuras main beach. From here you can enjoy a fine Caribbean view and plenty of sand for tanning sessions. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right in front of the casa, or swing in a hammock in the beach front palapa.
There are two air conditioned bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a double and one single bed.
The center of Puerto Aventuras is just a short walk away along the shore or by road. Here you will find restaurants, shopping, diving, swimming with dolphins, a gym, the CEDAM Maritime Museum and many other facilities and activities.
2 bedrooms. Maximum 5 people.

About me: Enjoys Beach & Water SportsLooking for Quiet & Relaxation
This was our first stay in Peurta Aventuras. It is a very safe and friendly marina town. The are many excellect places to eat at the marina, which is easily accessible by way walking down the beach. Teo, the gardener, was so kind and hospitable. He added many good memories to our vacation! Pilar, the manager was very friendly and helpful also. We used the cook for dinner. The food and service were great. Only regret is that she did not cook in the house and there were no leftovers for the 2 of us. I will vacation there again with no hesitation! Two bedroom "private" beach accomodations are hard to find, this one was perfect for just the two of us.

The Villa is outstanding. Quiet, private, relaxing. No swimming directly in front of the villa, but plenty of other places within walking distance. Gorgeous view, gorgeous place, gracious hosts. Couldn't ask for more, and will be returning as often as possible. LOVED it. Not a single negative thing to say with the exception of ONE day when the neighbors had a noisy obnoxious party. No biggie and certainly no fault of the accomodations. Decided it was a good day to take the golf cart and go exploring. If you want a peaceful, relaxing and low key trip, this is the spot. Couldn't get enough of sitting in the hammock or lounge chairs and enjoying the view from our backyard. Breathtaking.
