If you have ever seen TV programs where they show Billionaires’ homes, and wondered what it would be like to live there, now you can find out for yourself!
Just picture, million-dollar views from each of the bedrooms. 120 feet of private white sandy beach that feels so secluded you can only wonder where all the people are. Diamond-clear water that never gets cold. And a stunning pool area, framed by beautiful columns and an original waterfall that will remind you of ancient Roman baths.
Even before you enter through the massive front door, an unmistakable feeling of hushed anticipation will rush through your veins. Once inside, just the view of a royal living room, beautiful brick dome ceilings, luxurious marble floors and an elegant décor will leave you gasping in awe.
The open-floor living space flows into a beautiful formal dining room and an exquisite gourmet kitchen that combines the old charm of dark-wood cabinets with restaurant-quality modern appliances.
If you enjoy cooking, you will love it here. But if you’d prefer to delegate cooking to a professional, then you will be pleased to find out that during the high season and Holiday season, chef services are included, so you can pamper your taste buds with delicious Mayan dishes!
Inside, you cannot help but admire how perfectly 5-star modern conveniences blend in with a sophisticated Spanish-hacienda ambiance. The 46’ Satellite TV with hi-quality surround sound and iPod system merges perfectly with the polished hand-made furniture and extensive art collection.
Large glass sliders open the living space and the main-floor Master Suite to the breath-taking views of Soliman Bay and the amazing pool patio. In fact, Hacienda Kass is one of the few villas that actually include a poolside changing area, equipped with a private shower and a sink. You will appreciate this feature even more after hours of snorkeling, relaxing at the pool or beachcombing.
When the sun is at its highest, you can follow the good-old Mexican tradition and retire to your bedroom suite for a refreshing Siesta nap.
Hacienda Kass offers its guests 5 luxurious bedrooms (4 king-sized and 1 queen-sized) to choose from. Each of the bedrooms features unparalleled views of the Caribbean, an en-suite bathroom and either private access to the pool or a terrace. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, 3 bedroom suites occupy the second floor of the villa and one roof top bedroom, crowns the house, offering head-spinning views from a private ocean side terrace. Please note that when the villa is rented for only 8 people, the rooftop bedroom is locked off (so you won’t have to pay extra for something you are not using).
The rooftop observation area is probably the highest point of the entire Soliman Bay. The wide padded observation deck lounge area overlooking the Soliman Bay will make you feel like you are sitting in the first row of a unique open-air theater, savoring unforgettable scenes of the ethereal Caribbean sunrise.
What’s more incredible – this dream-come-true villa comes for a dream-come-true price (because when you divide the costs per person per night, you’ll feel like you have won a Jackpot)!
So hurry to book your stay at Hacienda Kass, because it is one of the best vacation-related decisions you’ll ever make!
We represent so many small, quaint facilities, privately-owned homes and we coordinate availability with local people. Add Hacienda Kass to your inquiry, we will get back with you, confirm availability and of course, answer any question you might have!

All around fabulous. Architectually stunning. 4 of the 5 bedrooms spacious and lovely. We enjoyed the cook service and area restaurants. We enjoyed both the town of Akumal and the beaches of Tulum. There is turtle grass in the water, so most days we spent at the house our chairs and toes were in the water, margaritas in hand. Paradise. An excellent value in November. 5 40-something couples... could not stay in a hotel for less.
