POLICIES:

  • 22% tax not included. Rates are in US dollars.
  • Base rate is for 10 guests.Max 24 guests. 
  • Add $85 USD per night per person ages 8 and older over the base rate of 2. Children under 7 years old are free.
  • A $1,500 USD Damage Deposit is required in cash upon arrival.
  • Service Charge of 8% of the total reservation amount will be requested prior to check out.
  • A minimum of 7 nights is required for holiday stays from December 17th - January 5th, 3 nights for high season, mid and low season
  • A minimum of 5 nights is required for stays during the week of Easter/Semana Santa
  • A minimum of 5 nights is required for all stays during the week of Thanksgiving for Villas and Bungalows
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • To maintain the privacy and exclusivity the use of the villa is for its guests only. Outside visitors are not permitted.

RATES INCLUDE:

  • Chef service from 8:00am to 6:30pm. Cost of groceries is additional. 
  • Extra chef hours before 8:00am or after 6:30pm will be subject to additional charges of $40USD/hr
  • Daily Housekeeping
  • Daily Concierge Service
  • Daily maintenence for pool, and beach cleanining
  • Daily use of kayaks and snorkel equipment
