This is not a regular Loco Gringo property and does not compare to other listings that we have so get ready for something new and innovative. It is a property in and of its own and once you see the photos you will understand. A team of architects, engineers, landscape designers and interior decorators worked together in the creation of a masterpiece – Casa Madera. This Tulum beach house is more than just a place to stay, it is an experience that can not be found anywhere else in the Riviera Maya. The unique layout, private pool, and outdoor amentities will make your dream vacation come true. Casa Madera has it all. Lush greenery, Caribbean breezes, direct access to Tulum beach and incredible views from all points in the house. Without over 8000 square feet of property and 3000 square feet of living space, you will have privacy and peace in the heart of Tulum.
This 2-bedroom oceanfront house, constructed of natural materials ha floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Caribbean. The intelligent layout of the Casa Madera makes it an ideal getaway for a small family and couples. The concept and design challenges the definition of luxury and glitz of cookie-cutter beach hotels. This beach house is truly an experience not just a place to stay.
A comfortable living room is beautifully decorated, showcasing local artisans work in both textiles and furniture design. A well-equipped kitchenette has everything to keep your cervezas chilled, mojitos and margaritas waiting to be made and your lunch snacks handy. To stay true to the concept of barefoot luxury, the architects of Casa Madera have kept the dining area open to the outdoors.
The oversized outdoor terrace also hosts a designated bbq ‘zone’ and a fresh-water plunge pool.
A little further towards the sea, two beach palapitas with hanging sun beds, have been designed for privacy, relaxation and siestas.
Two spacious bedrooms – one has 1 king size bed the other has 2 single beds or we can accommodate 1 double bed and en-suite bathrooms – are unique, minimalist and spacious. Each bedroom has its own sitting area and Caribbean views. Though, eco-friendly Casa Madera still offers air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, iPod dock stations and filtered water.
The property in Tulum which Casa Madera is a part of, also features yoga classes, spa services, access to a private beach club and a lively restaurant, serving great seafood and freshly-prepared Mexican dishes. If you feel like meeting others and sharing your experience, these activities and public areas are a great place to do that.
Casa Madera can be booked with 3 neighboring cabanas with additional cost. Each cabana offers a private living space that is air-conditioned, spacious enough for 2 people and equipped with a private bathroom. The main house can be used for dinner parties, celebrations and more.
Bottom line is: Casa Madera is not for everyone but if you choose this Tulum beach house for your vacation it is bound to be an experience that inspirse a different way of living and vacationing.
