All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and safes for valuables. Wifi is also available throughout the house.

Go fly-fishing in the lagoon, bird watching, take boat rides, or make a day-trip drive to Punta Allen. Punta Allen remains a sleepy little fishing village within the Sian Ka’an and is a great place to get a feel for Mexican culture and enjoy a fresh lobster meal.

One week at Casa Chic is the perfect way to reset and relax. We have been to Casa Chic multiple times and it gets better every time. There were 12 of us and we had a great time. The Chefs are excellent. Every meal exceeded expectations. A variety of beautiful healthy breakfasts rotating with fruit platters, smoothies and eggs and bacon. My favorite was a bed of arugula with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce!!! Fresh fish tacos or salad for lunch. Then dinners like paella or conchenita pebil, Lobster pasta...my goodness. We were also treated to some great desserts. José, the bartender, who made the most magnificent passion fruit margaritas, would point at me and i would nod yes and i would have bottomless tajin rimmed margs in my hand if i wanted!!! The house men kept our rooms clean and fresh towels ready every day. the beach was beautifully raked and pristine everyday. We swam in the clear blue ocean everyday and walked down the white sand beach. We were treated to a turtle hatch on our 3rd day. What a treat! I cannot wait to go back!!

Kitchen area needs improvements including glassware that is chipped, knives that need rust spots removed, and general upkeep to put it on par with a house of this quality.
Deck chairs and pool area and beach fabulous.
Party area two houses over pounding music, so need to ensure you check what is happening so you know what to expect.
Bed linens lovely. House staff also helpful.
This house comes with a Chef, which is great, you can also cook for yourself, which you need to ensure kitchen is then stocked or you get groceries so you can do.
Traffic very slow driving through Tulum Hotel Zona, it will take up to 45 min to go 10 km.
