The Yal Ku Lagoon is one of the most requested vacation destinations amongst people who seek more than just a relaxing vacation by the beach. Tranquility, closeness to nature and the mysterious views of lagoon is something that draws people here from just about every part of the world.
However, there is the catch. While most accommodations of this area are built on the edge of Yal Ku Lagoon, only two properties are situated right in the heart of this astounding place.
Casa Caleta is one of them.
In fact, this villa is so secluded, that during your stay here you will not be bothered by traffic or flocks of tourists passing in front of your windows. Instead, you will have the rare opportunity to get in touch with nature, rest, recharge and admire the unspoiled beauty of Yal Ku lagoon.
Step through the main entrance and the spaciousness, unusual architecture and soothing elegance of Casa Caleta will steal your breath away.
This 6000-ft beachfront property with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms has been designed to accommodate from 8 to 16 people without making the house feel overcrowded.
The front entrance of Casa Caleta leads you into an immense living area which spills out onto the large, palapa-covered patio with outdoor seating for 12 guests, a beautiful pool and an immaculate lounge area.
On the other side of the living space you will find a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area with a large dining table.
The natural stone decor, elaborate Caribbean artwork and tasteful modern-contemporary interiors of the villa will have an almost meditation-like effect on your mind, body and soul.
An exquisite glass hallway leading to all 4 bedrooms is a work of art in itself, highlighting the lush landscape of the property.
The first guest room has two queen-size beds, and a private marble bathroom. The second bedroom, or the master suite, is furnished with a king-size bed, a large contemporary bathroom and an open-air Jacuzzi tub.
If you are travelling with kids, they will love the third bedroom, with its loft-like beds and ladders. In total this room hosts 6 single beds and 2 double beds, equally distributed between the ground and the loft levels. This bedroom also boasts a large bathroom with one indoor and one outdoor shower.
The fourth bedroom provides the maximum sleeping accommodation with its two queen size beds and two single beds and a private bathroom with an open-air and an indoor shower.
All rooms have expansive garden-views, making you feel like you are living in an exciting adventure right in the middle of the Jungle while having the security and luxuries of a beautiful villa.
Not only has Casa Caleta its own private park and a large outdoor pool, guests of this amazing villa get free access to a tennis court located just a few steps away from the house.
And of course, let’s not forget the mesmerizing Yal Ku Lagoon, with its submerged rock formations and fascinating tropical fish of all shapes and colors!
Staying at Casa Caleta is undeniably a luxurious, tranquil and exciting experience. The best part is that this luxury does not come with a budget-wrecking price tag as most beach resorts do. Although, since Casa Caleta is quickly gaining recognition as one of the most exclusive villas of Yal Ku Lagoon, the prices may go up starting next year.
So make sure that you book it as soon as you receive the green light from the rest of your group!
