The moment you enter the grounds of Villas Geminis Condo Hotel you are guaranteed to fall under its spell. No, it won’t stun you with its gold-glittering halls or prominent architectural details, but it will win your heart little by little, one carefully placed detail a time. You will love the statue of Buddha hidden in tropical foliage, an original wood cladding around the pool, or a smooth ribbon of a little river stones that runs along the floors, framing each room.
After staying at one of Villas Geminis’ five condos, you will understand why the difference between a good and amazing vacation lays in the small details!
Walk through the Zen-like tropical garden, touch a soft hammock on the front porch and then open the front door and step inside the pleasantly cool, spacious and modern bi-level condo.
Once inside, you’ll see a stylish living room and a fully-equipped kitchen that is conveniently connected to a dining area. There is also a full bathroom with a shower, located on the main floor for your convenience and a futon in the living room to accommodate 2 more guests.
Upstairs you’ll find another bathroom and two light and airy bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the serene garden and a swimming pool.
Speaking of attention to detail… At Villas Geminis they’ve really taken care of every possible request that their guests may have: from air-conditioning (a rare ‘luxury’ for eco-friendly Tulum’s beachfront properties) to very comfortable beds, as well as offering Wi-Fi Internet and 24-hour security to a cable TV.
Even the pool is designed with a shallow end to be safe for children to play, yet is long enough for adults to enjoy their swim as well.
No wonder, TripAdvisor’s users have ranked Villas Geminis Condo Hotel “the second best property out of 55 specialty lodgings in Tulum” (and that’s considering that Villa Geminis is not even a beachfront property!)
Located on the north end of Tulum Pueblo, it is just a 5 minute drive from the beach, 10 minute drive from Tulum ruins and a short walk from restaurants, shops, a bank and a supermarket. You really won’t miss out on Riviera Maya’s rich history, splendid weather and mouth-watering Mexican food!
So there is no reason why you should miss an opportunity to stay at one of the Villas Geminis’ serene and stylish condominiums. With such an outstanding reputation and enthusiastic TripAdvisor’s reviews this hidden gem, won’t stay hidden for long!

Having the owner leaving on the premises helped a lot. Any issues, and there wasn't any big one's, could be managed on the spot. A bit far from the beach, 4 kms, but the cost for a taxi was only $4.00 CAD each way which wasn't that bad. Tulum Pueblo is a great little town. The condos are closed to everything: public transport, restaurant, banks, grocery store. Great time!

Would say that we did enjoy our stay but that the noise in the morning was not good as the Villas are next door to where garbage trucks come and go.The smell emanated we believe from the bathrooms and poor sewage which is not the owners fault. They could use some more cutlery and dishes. The owners were very nice and the man who manages the property was delightful. We would recommend it especially for people who want to be in Tulum city and do not need to get to the beach as the pool is right at the front door.
