The villa may not be used for special events or weddings without prior authorization and arrangements. In respect for neighboring properties, all events must be completed by 12 midnight. All events are considered on a case by case basis and require written permission from the owner or property manager
An event fee is in addition to standard rental rates.
- Less than 20 total attendees including house guests: add $500 to rental rate.
- 21-35 total attendees including house guests: add $1,000 to rental rate.
- 36-50 total attendees including house guests: add $1,500 to rental rate.
Event Planner’s Responsibilities
- Set up and take down of all chairs, tables, etc.
- All event planning functions
- Cleaning up of villa communal areas at the end of the event
- Food and beverage service
- The house must be rented for a minimum of 4 nights.
- Max 50 people including house guests
- All events should be completed by 12 midnight.
Security deposit of US $2000. Deposit is fully refundable upon departure barring any undue damage.
