The setting is lovely Xpu-Ha beach, without doubt, one the the best on the Riviera Maya. Two spacious master suites are on the upper level, both with king size beds. One offers a large private terrace facing the ocean. The second has two secluded balconies, each facing the jungle garden. This suite also includes a studio overlooking the Caribbean and reef.
Two additional guest suites are located on the lower level, one with a king bed and the other with two double beds. Each suite has a private terrace facing the front garden, beach and sea, and windows with rear garden views. Spend your days day dreaming on the outdoor napping beds found on the ocean terraces of Bel Ha. All suites include a private dressing room and spacious bathroom, full of natural light, (two with Jacuzzi and two with spectacular showers). Two extra beds can be provided if necessary.

The oversized living room of Bel Ha, with a wall of doors opening to an enormous oceanfront terrace, offers comfort and style. The other terrace adjacent to the living area offers an incredible jungle garden setting. As in all villas designed for gracious entertaining, there is a bar room adjoining the living area for mixing your favorite cocktail.

Xpu-Ha is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Mayan Riviera coastline and Bel Ha is in the middle of this superb sweep of fine powdery sand. A private palapa on the beach, surrounded by tropical palms and natural sea grapes, is a great place to retreat for an afternoon of sun and sheer relaxation. The private pool is an oceanfront masterpiece and a vacationers dream come true. Lounges and chairs for sunning surround the pool, and a shade arbor with table, couch and chairs makes this a perfect entertainment area as well. The pool area could easily occupy the majority of your time.

The gardens and grounds around Bel Ha are lush with a variety of tropical greenery and are often visited by colorful birds. This is a natural paradise complete with a natural cenote pool which separates the rear lawn from a beautiful line of jungle trees. The gardens are illuminated in the evening.

The dining ambiance of Bel Ha is elegant and refined. Meals can be taken on terraces, garden side, pool side, and out by the beach. For those who desire a touch of luxury, breakfasts can be served in bed. A staff of seven are at your service should you need assistance. There is a butler, footman, cook, two chambermaids and two gardeners. The staff quarters are separate from the house. A driver with (four wheel drive or normal) vehicle can be arranged upon request.
