There are only six studio apartments housed in three two-story buildings. Each building has an upstairs and a downstairs studio apartment. Each apartment has a kitchen, lounge area with sofa/bed, terrace with garden view and a bathroom with a beautiful mosaic-tiled floor. The primary bedding is a double bed separated by a half-wall from the single bed in the lounge area. This provides a degree of evening privacy for up to three adults.

The jungle setting is pleasing and green with a manicured green lawn, coconut palms and some tall bushes between the accommodations and the Coba road. There is a privacy fence with a gate that leads from the gravel parking area to the garden view accommodations. Next to the privacy fence is a barbecue area with a grill, tables and chairs. The tour desk for Extreme Control Sport Center is by the barbecue area.
