Casa Jihae and Casa Kristie are actually a single duplex house located on pristine Soliman Bay.
Each side is totally separate and a mirror reflection of the other.

The combination of Jihae & Kristie, the two sides of this luxurious duplex house, is ideal for larger groups who want their privacy and, at the same time, togetherness while enjoying the tranquillity of serene Soliman Bay. Individual entrance courtyards give each side of the duplex privacy. Either side of the duplex can be rented separately depending on availability.
Each house has three air conditioned master bedrooms with one king bed and a private bathroom. There is one garden side bedroom on the lower level and two ocean side bedrooms on the upper level with access to furnished ocean terraces. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.
The main living space of each duplex is air conditioned, and each living room has satellite TV/DVD, CD stereo and opens to a furnished shaded pool side patio. Kitchens are fully equipped and have a formal dining area just off the kitchen and living room with a window to the pool/beach side.
The rooftop sun deck is very nicely done as well, perfectly instep with the overall quality of this lovely duplex house. The tile floor, sling-back chairs, and formal railing beautifully accent the stunning view of Soliman Bay and the beach. The pool can be seen just below. Also on the roof is a partially shaded seating area under a wooden beam arbor. To the west, a green carpet of mangrove estuary is a sanctuary for myriad migratory birds and rolls off toward the jungle distance.
On the beach side each duplex has a furnished exterior patio that leads to the beach side swimming pool. The sand continues down to the sea side shade palapa and then to Soliman Bay. Two kayaks are available for excursions out on the bay and the snorkeling is excellent around coral heads and the reef break farther out. |

Security Deposit: $200 usd in cash or US travelers checks due upon arrival
