High Season
$10,500 + $750 gratuity, for house rental with up to 10 guests + day of party for up to 25 guests. If they have more than 25 guests (up to 35) it's $11,000. $500 additional for each adult or child up to 14 staying at house. $1500 security deposit required.
Mid Season
$9,500 + $750 gratuity, for house rental with up to 10 guests + day of party for up to 25 guests. If they have more than 25 guests (up to 35) it's $10,000. $500 additional for each adult or child up to 14 staying at house. $1500 security deposit required.
Low Season
$8,500 + $750 gratuity, for house rental with up to 10 guests + day of party for up to 25 guests. If they have more than 25 guests (up to 35) it's $9000. $500 additional for each adult or child up to 14 staying at house. $1500 security deposit required.
