The luxurious home is situated on one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the area, and is exquisitely designed for groups of families and friends who want to get away from it all. Casa Maya Kaan is exquisitely furnished using traditional woods and Oaxacan fabrics with focus on comfortable family living or grand social gatherings – all with gracious detail. It has every modern amenity and entertainment choice imaginable. Casa Maya Kaan has 4 spacious air conditioned bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms. The chef-designed kitchen was created for intimate family gatherings as well as large-scale socials and events.

German and Mirasol sincerely embody the essence of Casa Maya Kaan and they will see to it that your holiday is as special and personal as you desire. Mirasol will prepare all of your meals ranging from a delicious selection of continental cuisine to traditional Mayan fare all cooked with fresh local ingredients. She has a sweet and gentle disposition and is wonderful with children. German is a stitch - loves to laugh and loves to show off the area. He can take you fishing in the morning, then have Mirasol prepare a delicious meal from your catch while your drinks are served on the beach in the evening. Through their calming Mayan way and their love of the Reserve, your needs will be met and you will experience Tulum as very few have had the opportunity to do. A lovely Mayan couple are the caretakers, gardener, maid, cook, etc., and are available at all times. They are great with children taking them fishing, riding in the Polaris, and picking coconuts and chopping them open for a treat.

Master bedroom - 1 king bed
The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a built in sofa that can be made into a single bed. It is a very large and spacious bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the Caribbean. There is a long desk area with windows overlooking the ocean. Wireless internet is all through the house. There is a large flat screen TV and DVD as well as a sitting area - fun for late night movies, etc. There is a HUGE master bathroom with double sinks sitting beneath 3 large windows facing the ocean. Large walk in shower. Large Japanese tub. Private toilet with door. Walk in closet.

2 double sinks that sit beneath 3 large windows facing the Ocean. Large walk in shower, Japanese tub, private room with toilet, walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a private shower, and 2 sink vanity. There is a private room with toilet, (connected to the vanities), that, (in keeping with the strict building codes of the Biosphere), both rooms share. Bedroom 4 has a private bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet.
Bedroom 2 & 3 - Each with 2 queens
Bedroom 2 and 3 both have 2 queens and a long connecting sofa, (in each room) that can be made into 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have their own private showers as well as double sink vanities. There is a private room with toilet, (connected to the vanities), that, (in keeping with the strict building codes of the Biosphere), both rooms share.
