Location:
Aktun Chen Natural Park is located 66 miles south of Cancun International airport, in the state of Quintana Roo, in the Riviera Maya corridor which is the main and most important tourist development in Latin America.

180 hectares of virgin forest with title deeds

Natural Resources
The natural park of Aktun Chen has a unique natural wealth. It is an area of ever green tropical forest with a vast diversity of flora and fauna, like deer, peccaries, pumas, spider monkeys, as well as a huge variety of birds. It has the largest dry cave system in the state of Quintana Roo. (640 meters) underground system rich in stalactites, stalagmites and sub-marine fossils. This cave has been included by National Geographic Society in the list of top ten best and most impressive underground walkways in the world.

The ask price of the park is integrated from the infrastructure and natural resources that are currently working as part of the natural attractions and activities offered by the natural park Aktun chen. It is worth mentioning that the land in question has a much greater potential than what has been developed so far, it has more sinkholes (Cenot), and enough area to develop other activities such as: Rappel, ATV tours, ecological cabins, mountain biking, as well as different kind of events.
