Casa Mariposa (butterfly house) is a luxurious four bedroom, four bathroom, private villa on the north shore of Puerto Aventuras' residential section. This ia an exclusive row of oceanfront villas that face the sea from a dramatic rocky coastline.
Casa Mariposa is a family owned and operated villa which has been recently renovated and decorated with an eclectic mix of Indonesian furniture, 17th century antiques, custom rattan and bamboo furnishings, lush gardens, fine linens and modern appliances. The home is immaculately kept and has an exotic ambiance due to its decor and dramatic sea view. A view of the ocean is possible from almost anywhere in the house with the exception of the High Noon suite which has French doors on a private garden view balcony. This suite also has a private bathroom.
The 2nd level bedroom suites each have a king bed, deluxe private bathroom and furnished ocean view sitting areas. Downstairs, the pool level Sunrise suite has two sliders that open to the pool and sun deck; plus a private bathroom.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are the perfect place to congregate, share a meal, watch TV, or provision activities out on the pool deck. The living room has two couches and a couple chairs, TV with satellite & DVD and great pool/ocean view. The dining room table is on the opposite wall and seats up to ten people comfortably. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a 6 burner stove/oven, twin sink and all the necessary accessories. A breakfast counter separates the kitchen from the dining room. Service to the pool area is easily accommplished through a large glass slider.
