This comfortably elegant Caribbean front villa has a spectacular view of the Caribbean over its oceanfront pool. Casablanca has all the comforts you would expect of a luxury class villa and is also convenient to the beach, scuba diving, golf course, tennis courts and Puerto Aventuras marina.
 Casablanca has 4,200 luxurious square feet of living space. The interior architecture consists of white masonry arches and columns with gray marble floors throughout. A sunken living room faces the Caribbean and a second floor interior balcony overlooks a first floor arboretum. The effect is very elegant and palatial, perfect for entertaining. Beautiful views of the Caribbean can be enjoyed from all rooms on the ocean side of the house. Lounging by the pool will make you feel like a king in your own tropical castle. The villa is on a rocky shore which gives privacy and yet is only a brief walk away from two white sandy beaches.
Casablanca has four bedrooms (two have ocean views), a studio/den area, garden side furnished terrace and 4½ bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom overlooks the Caribbean, has a walk-in closet and a huge master bathroom with a jacuzzi. A second floor balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the Caribbean. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. On the lower level are two more bedrooms, garden view, and each with two double beds and a private bathroom.
The first floor sunken living room is bright and breezy overlooking the pool, patio and the Caribbean. The combination is spacious and perfect for entertaining. A formal dining area adjoins the interior arboretum and overlooks the sunken living room. The living room window wall provides a wide ocean view and opens to the pool and Caribbean. The kitchen is fully equipped, just off the dining room, and opens to a garden side porch with a gas grill. A cook is available upon request.
Puerto Aventuras has much to offer and it's all within walking distance of Casablanca. You can enjoy the gym, tennis courts, a beautiful nine hole golf course, a full service marina with fishing boats for charter, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, good restaurants and shopping. |
