Brisa Caribe Cook Service and Meal Menu

While enjoying your stay at Brisa Caribe why not treat yourself to a traditional meal prepared by a wonderful Mexican cook? Or if you prefer a more international menu, 'Tina' a German cook is fabulous to create any number of dishes from around the world. Note: Advanced notice is needed to ensure availability.

  1. MEXICAN: 'Margarita' or her sisters Isabel and Sera have made many of our guests very happy with their traditional Mexican cooking. (see sample menu below). Note we can not offer Mexican cook services on the weekend or Monday morning. (Contact Tina direct for arrival dinners and meals on Sunday or Monday morning. Email divingchica@yahoo.de Phone 011 52 984 115-7732 from the USA or Canada.) The Mexican cooks will need enough money to purchase the groceries and cover the taxi fare to and from the grocery store in Playa del Carmen. They will then do the shopping and get receipts for all of their expenses. After the meal, please pay them for their work and don't forget the tip if you are pleased with the service. *Sorry but they can not do personal grocery shopping for you.
  2. INTERNATIONAL: 'Tina' a German of long time residency here in Mexico, offers a wide range of International dishes and flexibility to your dietary needs. She is available on a daily basis or for individual meals. Tina also does elaborate meals with numerous courses for discerning diners, a memorable evening, or that special event. Her service includes doing the shopping, preparing the food, serving and cleaning up afterward.   • Daily Rate for groups of up to 10 persons to prepare 2 meals. $125. plus the cost of groceries and transportation.
  • Daily Rate for groups of 11 to 18 persons to prepare 2 meals. $140. plus the cost of groceries and transportation.
  • Dinner for groups of up to 10 persons. $75. plus the cost of groceries and transportation.
  • Dinner for groups of 11 to 18 persons. $90. plus the cost of groceries and transportation.
  • Breakfast or Lunch for groups from 2 to 18 persons. $50. plus the cost of groceries and transportation.
