Loft #4 is the largest of the one-bedroom loft condominiums and it is right on the courtyard garden pool/fountain area. The sound of flowing water and view of the beautiful fountains, palms and pools is just wonderful and very relaxing.
The living room area of #4 features a large L shaped built-in sofa, wide enough to be an extra sleeping accommodation in a pinch. The suite has been equipped with an in-line water filtration system (ozone treatment) to deliver fresh clean drinking water and an in-suite washer dryer to eliminate trips to the laundromat. Three steps up is the dining room and gourmet kitchen in native wood. The kitchen features a large marble countertop, stainless steel refridgerator with ice cube maker, counter top range, large microwave and full size oven.
A quiet air conditioning system, ceiling fans and #4's natural ventilation keeps things cool year round. A private patio on the courtyard has a wall fountain that is shared with the suite next door. Just inside off the patio there's a full bathroom. There is also an open-air private patio in the hidden garden next to the dining room.
A stairway ascends to the mezzanine level bedroom which has a king size bed, windows to bring in controled sunlight and cablevision service with English stations. The TV can be enjoyed from the king bed.
The bathrooms feature Talavera tile and the master bath has a tiled bathtub.
Royal Palms has an on site office in the bottom left of the building for the manager and security guard. Questions and guest requests should be directed there.
