The Royal Palms Condos is where you want to be, within walking distance to Playa's fabulous restaurants and pedestrian promenade hosting galleries, entertainment and handicraft shops to up scale international boutiques.
The neighborhood and beach The cobble stoned streets are quiet in this safe neighborhood, only two blocks from Playa Mamitas, one of the finest beaches in Playa del Carmen. Nearby Playa Mamitas offers wind surfing, hobbie cat sailing, snorkeling, fishing tours and dive shops.
Luxury accommodations These luxury condos feature courtyard fountains and pool surrounded by tropical gardens. All units are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Kitchen cupboards are made from tropical woods and have marble counter tops and under counter stainless steel sinks. Bathroom vanities are made from similar woods and the Talavera tile counter tops have Talavera sinks and tile trim. All condominiums have at least one bathroom with a bathtub. Units have in-suite washers and dryers, cable TV and high speed Internet data port. Four units are wheelchair accessible via an elevator. Eleven condo units are available, each one unique. These are available for rent year round with a one-week minimum stay. Smoking is permitted outside of the units on decks and patios. Maid service is provided twice during the week. No pets, please. The reception office is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 24-hour check-in is provided.
