Minimum stay periods and Arrival/departure restrictions

Policies
Round-trip airport transfers: Maroma is closed to arrival and departure from December 26 through December 31.

One round-trip per room is included in the room rate.
This means that both guests need to arrive at the airport at the same time to take advantage of this inclusion. If the guests are arriving on different flights (one guest arriving later than the other regardless of it being the same day or different days) Maroma Resort and Spa is willing to provide, with at least 48 hours advance notice, an airport transfer for an additional service fee of $60 US dollars per trip. Later arriving guest may also arrange their own airport transfer if they so choose, but will not be reimbursed.

Later arriving guests may also arrange their own airport transportation if they so choose, but will not be reimbursed by Maroma Resort and Spa. Remember flight information is essential to provide excellent service.

Early departures:
If the length of stay is shortened on a reservation or an early departure is made within the cancellation period, the guest will be charged for the entire stay as confirmed 15 days prior to arrival.

Additional Charges:
Government tax of 12% (government taxes subject to change) plus 10% service charge.

The Hotel reserves the right to change or alter included activities.

Minimum Stay Period and Minimum Requirements

January 1 - December 22, 2009:
Three (3) nights on all arrivals, with the exception of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between January 1st - May 16th , 2009 that is outlined below.

January 1 - April 17, 2009:
Four (4) nights all Wednesday arrivals, Five (5) nights all Thursday and Friday arrivals and Saturdays are closed to arrivals and closed to departures. This requirement supercedes the three-night minimum noted above.

Apr 18 - May 16, 2009:
Four (4) nights all Wednesday arrivals, Five (5) nights all Thursday and Friday arrivals and Six (6) nights all Saturdays arrivals. This requirement supercedes the three-night minimum noted above.

Easter:
Four nights minimum arriving on Wednesday April 08th. Five nights minimum arriving on April 09 & 10. Five nights minimum arriving on April 11th & close to departure

Memorial Day:
Four nights minimum arriving on Wednesday May 20th. Five nights minimum arriving on May 21 & 22. Five nights minimum arriving on May 23rd & close to departure

Independence Day
our nights minimum arriving on Wednesday Jul 01st. Five nights minimum arriving on Jul 02 & 03. Five nights minimum arriving on Jul 04th & close to departure

Thanksgiving
Four nights minimum arriving on Wednesday Nov 25th. Five nights minimum arriving on Nov 26 & 27. Five nights minimum arriving on Nov 28th & close to departure

Christmas & New Year
December 23, 2009 to Jan 1, 2010. Nine (9) nights minimum for arrivals and stay through

December 24th to December 31st: No arrivals and departures

Early departures:
If the length of stay is shortened on a reservation or an early departure is made within the cancellation period, the guest will be charged for the entire stay as confirmed 45 days prior to arrival.

*No children under 16 years old are allowed on the property during any time period.
