Cedam Museum - Other in Puerto Aventuras
Interesting subaquatic CEDAM museum is dedicated to shipwrecks and undersea discovery. It houses many important artifacts discovered by early diving pioneers in the mexican waters. Its a must see for anyone interesting in diving, shipwrecks or the development of quintana roo. Replicas of some of the crosses salvaged from the wreck are available (when in stock) and a wealth of information about the history of martime archaeology off the shores of Quintana Roo can be found here. No entry fee, but donations are welcomed.
Location: located at the main entrance of the mall on the second floor of a pink building. Open Open 9:00am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 7:00pm. Small group tours are available Tuesday evenings, Closed sundays
