With over 3,000 square feet of luxurious living space, Villa Margarita can accommodate up to 10 guests in sea side Caribbean style.
Villa Margarita has four large air conditioned bedrooms, three upstairs and one down, each with it's own uniquely decorated bathroom and patio with ocean view. The individual decks open to private ocean views and sea breezes. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one has a king that separates into two twins providing additional flexibility for groups. On the second floor there's an equipped TV room with two futon sofa beds, a shared bathroom and its own private patio overlooking the jungle.
The living room and dining room face the ocean on the first floor where a wall of sliding glass doors opens to the patio and pool. The Caribbean surf is just beyond. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an ocean view over the bar and dining room. Also, off the foyer near the stairs is a half bath and powder room, and the entrance to the main floor bedroom. Furnishings are Mexican with brilliant Caribbean style fabrics. Off the living room and dining room is the furnished covered patio by the pool. If you prefer casual outdoor cooking there is a propane fired barbecue grill just beyond the deck. With both sun and shade, the pool area is a great place to cookout, tan or lounge about anytime of day. If you prefer an even higher perch take the spiral stairway to the roof for a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding ocean and jungle. It's perfect for afternoon sunning, evening cocktails or stargazing at night.
